the quality is perfect and in this case french doors
needed no adjustment and locked up perfectly 1st go
Delivery driver rang me he was a few houses out

he had off loaded before 9am I could then get on
With Fitting the old timber doors and Frame were
rubbish compared will be buying from you again !

Thanks Simon Sparrow

Really good quality and particularly good door furniture. About to order again!

Excellent communication and an easy website to navigate through.
Looking forward to receiving the windows

Door looks great but delivery is a night mate. Door is delivered fitted in its frame, weighs around 80kg - impossible for 1 person to deliver and very difficult even with one householder helping. Really needs to be rethought.

Widows are fine, but you driver turned up without any notice from you. He was lucky we were in as we were heading away for a long weekend.thought you were supposed to let us know?
Good driver by the way, just your communications need improvement.

Straight forward order and delivery.
Helpful communication and updating.
Good quality product that was everything we’d hope it would be.
Thank you for being reliable and and providing the service expected.

I was drawn to Wooden Windows by the straightforward window design tool on their website. From then on the service has been very good. When final tweaks were needed to the doors and windows prior to order, Leon was responsive and accurate with the modifications. The production lead time was as initially promised, with delivery by experienced in-house drivers, not outsourced. Delivered product is exactly to the order, and quality looks very good. The only minor issue was one door that was held up in manufacture and missed the initial dispatch, but WW advised me of this beforehand and have now delivered the item one week later as promised, and kindly provided some timber offcuts for stain samples. Overall a very good service and product.

Easy to use website to make own window to own specifications, after being quoted over two thousand pounds for a window without fitting I couldn’t afford it so come across this company and put in measurements and details of the window I wanted, I then submitted and paid for the window, a gentleman then called me and said by the way this window you have selected doesn’t open and asked me if that was what I wanted, after pointing out the mistake, he corrected it for me, after waiting around two weeks the window was delivered with care, and the quality of the window is unbelievable, I can’t recommend this company enough thank you

Great product. What made the whole process so good was the attention to detail which included everything you could possibly need to install and glaze the window.
As a bespoke joinery item, I don't think it could be bettered.

Excellent quality and speedy delivery. Easy to contact and helpful when you do

Initially, very good, enthusiastic and keen but, on delivery they provided a door that was too narrow - and too thin - in spite of being supplied with clear drawings.

They wouldn't accept culpability. Offered a token, tiny compensation which was not accetable.

As customers we rely on suppliers grasping the requirements and delivering accordingly. It's not for us to know what they know. Know what I mean ?

Disappointed.

I have used this company quite a few times, Its so easy to use the door and window online designer, and such a lot of choice, the products I ordered were made really quickly, and delivered to my door by a friendly and helpful driver, the fitting instructions were easy to follow, and the build quality excellent, any queries I had were answered immediately over the phone, by a real person. I cannot fault this company .

Quality windows and delivered when I wanted them.

Communication first class ,kept informed when what where and how , windows, spot on. Will be using again in future. Thank you 😊
