There work ethic is worst. Don't buy any product. They will send broken and defective product and will not return your money

We bought a sofa set winster model.3 plus 1 plus 1 ..The three seater was broken within 2 months ..we got it repaired and now again its broken.pathetic quality

I had ordered a Toby Bar Cabinet from Wooden Street for Rs 27,789. It was scheduled to be delivered in 5-7 weeks. After 7 weeks I reached out to their support team. They said that it has been shipped. When I called a week later, they told me that the product had quality issues and that they will deliver another cabinet in 2 weeks. After two weeks, they told me that the product was in Bangalore and would be shipped out later. Anyway, I received the Cabinet after a very long delay.

I found that there were screws missing on some hinges to the doors and that the door would not close. They sent a carpenter who shaved off some wood one side of the door so that it could fit. A week later, I encountered the same problem. The same carpenter arrived and planed off some more sections of the door. I now end up with a gap between the doors where lizards and bugs can easily enter.

Their support staff now tell me that the carpenter has assured them that it was done to his satisfaction. I now ended up paying a lot of money for a product that is less than satisfactory. As a matter of fact, I even wrote to their 3 CEO's without any response.

Customer service is the key to running a good business. I had paid Rs 27,789 in advance and in good faith that I would receive a quality product. I am sorry to say that the company has failed miserably, both in the quality of the product and the follow up service.

I have purchased Adolph Trunk Box(Honey Finish) online with 100% payment on 6th of June 2023(Order Id #468438). As of today 26th June 2023, no further updates. While purchasing online, it was shown that product will be shipped in two days.How many days now as of today? Where is the commitment? Where is customer service? Customer service team is very unprofessional, no commitment and no business ethics. They dont care to respond to your queries.

WoodenStreet neither fulfill their obligations nor refund your amount. Another note, I had visited Electronic city, Bangalore store for my previous purchase(BED, Order Id #461639), they will ask you to provide google review to get additional discounts! What kind of business strategy is this?

Customer service is ridiculous. Highly disappointed. They dont provide any resolution. They stop responding to your emails. It is evident that you guys failed to fulfull your obligation of providing service, I request you to refund ASAP if you really have business ethics. Lets see where we end up.

The product was good.... But the after sales service was worst.... I had ordered 4 dining chairs with walnut finish but received some other type of finish. Hence I had to set up a pick up and exchange service. Now here all the problems started. Neither the sales staff, nor the support staffs were upfront to help. No one was ready to take up the responsibility. When ever any question was asked to any of the sales and support staff, they just told that they will get back shortly and obviously, that did not happen. After about waiting for 24 days, I received the chairs but this time also I did not receive the proper walnut varnished finish. But this time we dis not go for another round of exchange knowing that Wooden Street support and sales staff won't be upfront in solving the problem ASAP. The sales staffs were very supportive till the time they did not receive the money / did not receive the order... Once the money is in, its like "Apna kaam baanta, bhaad me jaay jaanta".
Now i would never recommend anyone to suffer who are even planning to buy from WoodenStreet.

Worst service and faulty products.
Received faulty product today, there is no policy for return even on faulty products. Carpenter will visit after 4 days to see the fault. No promise of new chair or any resolution time line.
Customer service is useless and lie about everything. Store people are useless too, no use of having store near to you.
Dont ever buy !!!!!

Worst product and service
I must have purchased for over 1 lakh worth of product from Woodenstreet in last 3 years. What I have understood is that they make product for one year only..

Most of the items are so fragile that they make sound and after one year are useless. There are termites on chairs, beds, etc. Beauty is the service support. They guide you to outside carpenters for any repair work.

Senior management is not bothered even after Escalations. Website is such that you cannot find your our complaints. Pathetic products and services.

Very very worst experience... bought furniture worth 2.5 lacs with a commitment of 20 days delivery but after alot of complaint and request i managed to get 80% on the day before I was going to shift in new home. after that i they took 1 more to deliver the almirah and now I am waiting for the mirror which is now 3 months from the date of order. Below are there shortcomings.

1.) sales people are misleading and don't communicate after sales.
2.) no coordination of sales and factory people (so don't get update on exact status of product.
3.) Don't cancel the order.
4.) delivery people as for help everytime they have to lift furniture.
5.) No customer care or direct contact points.
6.) Furniture is 50% to 70%0costly then in Amazon and Flipkart 7.) No one take the customer experience.

Not trustworthy. They don not value the delivery timelines once the order is made. they will not refund the amount and will ask to continue waiting.

They will give u a tracking number and u keep calling and they will keep saying customer refused delivery without even making any call or sending a message .

I have had a terrible experience with Wooden Street and have had to abandon an incorrect order without collection.

The salesman did not order the correct items, quoted me the wrong amount of money and even though the Store Manager told me he would rectify it - nothing has been done.

I am an international visitor and paid for my goods now nearly two months ago.

As this continues to just go around in circles I have no choice but to abandon my order

Extremely unhappy with this service and would not recommend this company to anyone

I ordered a dining table set with 6 chairs on 20th Feb, 2023. The order was partially delivered after 6 weeks. They only delivered a chair and the table. Rest 5 chairs were not delivered. After multiple enquiries, I got to know from them that due to their technical glitch, they manufactured only the table and a chair. And it would take another 15-20 days for the rest 5 chairs to be delivered. So even after paying the full amount I have to wait for almost 3 months for the products to get delivered. They don't provide correct updates on your complaint. These people are very unprofessional. Never expected this kind of service from them. Please don't buy anything from them

Worst experience I've had in my life as a customer.

I'm getting a Sheesham wood 3+1+1 sofa set with the exact design for less than half the price on amazon. Tried to cancel the order after 4 days. Requested them to at least cut a percentage. But they won't do it. I feel like I simply burned Rs. 40,000 with this purchase.

I ordered a Ferguson Hydraulic Bed from WoodenStreet.com. The bed got delivered before the expected time of delivery, but it came with a missing rod. It has been more than 40 days since I have not received the missing rod for my bed. I called them today to check the status and the rep told me it would take another 12-15 days for the rod to get it delivered. I wish I would have read reviews before ordering the bed from woodenstreet. Poor after-sales service.

Very bad product...I bought a shoe rack from wooden street..the door don't shut properly..called them many times when yhe product was delivered..they would promise someone will come ..but even after so many months no one has come to fix the problem...better to buy from somewhere else than.f3om them...you will get a substandard product . Their motto now its your problem we've delivered a sub standard product ...we don't respond now

Bought the bed and a mattress, but they delivered a defective and poor-quality product.
Not worth buying from them. also no response from the company for a replacement.
Its been a month now still they have 100 questions from me but no response from the company or even from the store.

I wasted my time visiting the showroom and glad did order online, such poor quality furniture it's unbelievable

I find their customer Service absolutely terrible. I ordered a coaster from their website and it comes with some defects and cracks. I approached the team to return & refund the amount for the item. Without informing they went ahead and sent me a replacement and said they can’t process a return because apparently „woodenstreet“ has the right to decide what is right.

I would recommend not to waste time and money on this website.
