This company is a scammers.
Order a coffee table and it has been more than 6 weeks but no delivery. I was told that i will receive the order within 3-4 weeks but whenever i called them, they were increasing the time week by week. No phone support, people who are managing store are dumbass. They know nothing, just selling the products for fraudsters.
Do not buy anything from these fraudsters. I purchased from jaipur vaishali nagar store.

I ordered a wooden dressing table with Order ID 650696 which arrived with defective doors After receiving a replacement door associated with Order ID 650696 I discovered that it was also defective and lacked glass In an attempt to address this issue the Wooden Street carpenter accidentally broke the glass from the old door while transferring it to the new one After a few days the Wooden Street team assured me that a new dressing table would be delivered under Order ID 686881 However I am extremely frustrated with the delivery of my replacement order 686881 Despite your commitments the delivery has been delayed for the past three days causing significant stress and disruption to my personal plans.The customer service has been very poor with all received products being defective and no refunds provided despite several followups. I would not recommend Wooden Street to anyone Please stay away from Wooden Street to save your hard earned money

Ordered an item. Item was delivered fine.

Item doesn't look of quality. The ring of the wall clock frame is very flimsy and is not worth the price, hence I raised a return request and this where the drama started. They point blankly refuse the return saying that the quality is absolutely fine without actually examining the product. As a consumer, you should be able to judge on the item and return it if you think the quality isn't worth/value for the money.
I was going to order furniture items but this put me off completely.. thank you wooden street for saving me the headache!!!

We were looking to buy a sofa-bed for our guest room as we were expecting some guests around 1st week of June 2024 who were going to stay with us until 21st of June. We liked something on woodenstreet, com and on 30th April, we went to check it out at one of their stores on Golf Course Road in Gurgaon, HR.

Unfortunately, the store did not have the item in stock, so we were going to leave, but the salesperson Mr, Noman, at the store promised us that there was enough time for them to manufacture and promised delivery by 31st May but no later than June 8th.

We placed the order right away for the sofa-bed and a side table.
Since they had the side table in stock, they decided to deliver it the next week even though we requested them to deliver it together along with the sofa-bed.

Around 21st May, we called to check on our order as online it was still showing a status of "processing". We were told that everything was fine, and the delivery will be made as promised.

Our guests came and left but the sofa-bed never got delivered. Around 19th of June, we were told that the sofa-bed was delivered to their warehouse in a damaged condition and that we should expect more delay as they go through the repair process.

It was already too late as my guests were going to leave in a couple of days anyways, besides, we did not want a "repaired" item, so we asked them to cancel the order and process the refund for both the sofa-bed as well as the side table that they delivered.

Reluctantly they agreed to cancel the order and initially they refused to take back the side table as they said it was delivered more than a month ago, but when I threatened to sue them, they accepted the return although
we had to go through the trouble of physically returning it to one of their retail locations.

In this whole ordeal, not once did anyone from Wooden store apologize or say sorry. At the end of the day, it was all a waste of time and unnecessary stress.

Will never order anything from this store again, considering what we had to go through.

WOODEN_STREET- WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! INCORRECT SOFA DELIVERED TWICE!! We ordered a left aligned sofa from the Golf course Road Store. The Store sales person, Md. Noman, ordered the wrong alignment (Full amount paid in advance as per their policy) and the truth got unveiled one month later, finally on the delivery day!
After a lot of tussle, we could get a temporary product meanwhile the correct sofa was being manufactured.
To our surprise, again wrong alignment sofa was manufactured!!
or you could say they never manufactured the correct sofa and tried to get us stuck with the same incorrect sofa all over again!!
so after two months, today, i went to the store to ask them my money back, they asked me that the money will be RETURNED IN WOODEN STREET WALLET!! I couldnt take it anymore. After hearing an earful of consumer court threats from me, they agreed but they said first temp sofa will be picked up, then they will return our money back. Now got my money back, when i m returning the sofa at my own terms.

If there was an option for ZERO stars, I would have chosen that. In the first instance, the wrong product was delivered. In the second delivery, they got the wrong shade with soiled upholstery, poor brass polish.

A carpenter came over to fix but he could not and said that the product was not of the right spec - must be replaced with a new one.

Later, customer support washes their hands off saying they do not see any problems with the delivery and that it MET THEIR QUALITY STANDARDS.

I am planning to approach the consumer court shortly with all the photos, videos and conversation transcripts.

But my view is that Wooden Street are used to such complaints. Very obviously, they stand for POOR QUALITY.

Best approach:
AVOID buying from them.

THE WORST NIGHTMARE NEVER BUY FROM WOODEN STREET. I ORDERED A LEFT ALIGNED SOFA FROM STORE. AFTER WAITING DOR A MONTH WHEN FINALLY THE PRODUCT ARRIVED, IT WAS WRONG ALIGNED SOFA. PLUS THEY WERE FORCING ME TO PAY DELIVERY FOR THE WRONG PRODUCT. AFTER LOT OF DELIBERATIONS, THEY PROVIDED US WITH THE TEMPORARY PRODUCT AS THE CORRECT PRODUCT WAS GETTING MANUFACTURED. THE ENTIRE PROCESS OF RECEIVING A TEMPORARY SOFA TOOK TWO MONTHS. WE DONT KNOW WHEN WE WILL RECEIVE THE CORRECT PRODUCT. NEVER RELY ON THESE STORE SALES PEOPLE AS THEY ARE BARELY QUALIFIED TO PLACE ORDERS AND MANAGE THEM. ALSO SUPPORT SERVICE OF WOODEN STREET IS THE WORST. THEY WILL MAKE FALSE PROMISES AND WILL KEEP YOU HANGING.

Pathetic company which provides defective product and never on time, never ever consider buying from here you may go and buy from other companies. Wooden Street only makes false promises

These guys are scammers. They never deliver, neither they refund the money. Have been following up so long, all they do is lie. I dont remember how many times they have told me that my furniture will be delivered in 10 days. The day has never come.

Worst company every! They will never send your products and you will have to call them 20 times for refunds and you still won’t get it

Ordered product with total worth of 1 lakh . Tey claim we manufacture when order is placed. This is first lie tey start with and ten on and on . I waited for 3 months and tey are forcing to accept damaged product. Don waste ur hard earned money

Pathetic after sales service by WS. We have made several purchases from this brand and had highly recommended it to our friends and family. Recently we purchased a furniture item from the Panjim Goa store and it was found to be defective. We raised a ticket for resolution and the carpenters visited our house for rectification. They tried their best but could not rectify it. We asked WS for replacement of the product to which we were told that this is the maximum they can do from their side and no replacement will be provided.
I am sharing my experience for people who are looking to buy from them. Since it is a prepaid purchase, and if you receive a defective product you will have to happily accept it and continue using the defective product. No doubt they have really good products but your hard earned money is at stake once you make the payment.
Be careful.
Also note that your calls and messages will not be answered by their Panjim Goa store in such cases.

Purchased Hazeline 3-Drawer Wooden Chest Of Drawers. The door has crack and it is fixed with wood filler. Looking very bad. Paid 24000 INR and quality for product is horrible. Spoke to customer care they are not ready to accept the issue and resolve. Wooden street need to be professional. We pay huge for defect free product not to compromise on quality.

Recently purchased a key holder, when received hooks are not aligned properly and it was not as it is seen on the website while purchasing. Customer support executive says it's a standard product and not ready to replace.

I purchased a Walken Sheesham Wood Bed with Full Drawer Storage (King Size, Honey Finish), Order Id: 481761 dated 02/07/2023 for Rs 43020.00 for my son Shivendera Singh whose name is reflected in the proforma invoice. The problem is that if one just leans on the footrest side of the bed or while walking a little pressure causes the alignment of the bed to go haywire and out of the two drawers on one side, one protrudes out and the other one goes inside. Had raised a ticket number 121439 and Mr Sandeep Kumar Sharma inspected the bed and he said that this fault cannot be resolved. According to him if one screws the top panels of the bed that are supposed to be lifted for accessing the inner storage the problem can be resolved. Then what’s the use of purchasing a bed with storage? It looks like there is a technical flaw with the design of the bed.
If mere pressure on the bed while walking disrupts the alignment of the bed then what good is the bed for, does that mean that one has to watch his steps while walking near the bed? Mr Sandeep Kumar Sharma clicked a video when I showed him the problem and told me that he had shared that video with the branch and head office. In that video, one can clearly see that a mere touch while walking moves the footrest side of the bed to the opposite side disrupting the alignment of the bed.
Have sent them an email and the video clicked by the company’s carpenter twice and even logged a complaint on their website. Aside from replying the company did not even acknowledge the emails or the online complaint. Looks like the support team has withdrawn into a shell and has become deaf and dumb. Kudos Woodenstreet!

I ordered an emperor cane arm chair from WS, Kolkata in August 2023. While the make and quality of the product is outstanding (5/5), it is not very comfortable (3/5). Delivery time was very, very long; about 3 months (1/5).

Cheaters and pathetic customer service- Never ever buy from here. Trust me and mark my words. Firstly there was a technical glitch and i was charged more for the product. Secondly the size is not queen its 4'4" instead of 5, there was late delivery and zero communication, tracking is inaccurate even after delivery it showed in transit. I was charged for stair case shifting but delivery person used lift.If this was not enough the customer service is pathetic i had to call several times to get the refund and they dont provide any update on email or call. After 15 days, they said they will refund money in wallet and not in original source. Which is basically forcing me to buy more from this pathetic place and get harassed more. Also the storage in the bed is for namesake and good for nothing.
Have you ever wondered why all their products are always rated 4.8 or 4.9? Thats because they manipulate data. They dont post poor reviews and dont consider that in average calculation. I had posted my experience which doesn't reflect in their reviews section. When its all perfect it's a sign that something is fishy. In all their products rating chart you will see 0% 1 and 2 star ratings. Only 3 and above. That too I am sure they dont show all 3 stars

Had a great experience with wooden street, i purchased 3 seater sofa set and it's lookibg classy and elegant. I would suggest all of my family member, friends and relavites to shop all of your home furniture with wooden street

I purchased a couple of lounge chairs with woodenstreet.
Great experience at the store and quality of their products is excellent.
