I bought a luxury voucher for my friend as a gift and the advertisement was so misleading it said 80+ 4-5 star hotel and with breakfast, when i tried to book it shows so cheap 2 star hotels and the price is doubled from the original price on booking. Worst experience and i wish noone buys anything from them!

I purchased the Formula 3000 experience at Yas Marina and I contacted them the following day to book it. WonderGifts were unable to make the booking despite availability. After 7 days have passed they refuse to process a refund. Worse experience with third party. Never again!!!

I recently reached out to resolve an issue with converting my experience to credit due to availability constraints. The initial interactions with the support team were unfortunately underwhelming, but everything changed when Joyce Ann stepped in.
She went above and beyond by personally calling me at 8:30 PM, well outside of business hours, after sensing my frustration. That alone speaks volumes about her dedication. More importantly, she took the time to genuinely understand my situation and came back with a solution that actually worked for me.
Joyce Ann is a standout example of what great customer service looks like. The rest of the team could learn a great deal from her approach. She deserves serious recognition and a promotion.
