D'un point de vue offre de jeux et paris c'est vraiment top. En revanche le service client/VIP c'est juste une blague. Le tchat est réactif mais ne peut jamais rien faire.
Quand on vous demande d'écrire par email vous pouvez être sûr que vous n'aurez quasiment jamais de réponses.
J'ai eu un statut VIP très tôt, mon responsable VIP vous pouvez pas le joindre directement, il m'a pas répondu pendant 10 jours puis limite reviens vers vous en vous comme si vous avez été irrespectueux de le relancer plusieurs fois, qu'il était malade, qu'il reste un humain et qu'il gère 600 joueurs... Mais au final voilà le seul email reçu de lui c'est deux dernières semaines mais en ce qui concerne mes demandes 0 réponses
En gros si le site avait un service client et surtout VIP juste "normal" ça serait 4 ou 5 étoiles.
Mais là c'est simplement un enfer -> vous contactez le tchat -> ils ont pas la main faut contacter le vip sur vipATwonaco.com et puis plus rien.
Installer un tchat VIP directement dans ce cas.
Petit point supplémentaire pour montrer l'absence totale de respect envers les joueurs, mon responsable VIP a dans sa signature de mail un telegram et un numéro de téléphone.

It was a very bad experience. It seems that the casino operates with fake, manipulated games. Dozens of spins without any win, even the bonus game with increasing multiplator ridiculous win. Stay away !!!

Since 6 days I am trying to close my account and the casino has not closed it. 5 times chats, 3 times E-Mails. And the casino doesn't close the account. This is very very bad. It shows that the casino has no respect about responsible gaming. Stay away !!!
