Missed the mark this time
1.There was no way for me to track my request on the website. I was frustrated trying to get updates and had to wait for emails from the customer service rep.
2. I made a payment at the time I submitted my request on a Friday. It cleared my credit card immediately but I couldn't get a receipt for my payment until the following Thursday!
3. I purposely did not select expedited service nor same day service but when I received my invoice, I was charged for both.

The website is not friendly and doesnt…
The website is not friendly and doesnt always work. I end up having to try to enter 2-3 times. then once inside, nothing seems to load, so I go back and reenter.
Finally, it is odd that I have to leave my account page completely to request a new service.
