Hello. Just let me talk about my experience with Witrigs. I have a Realme GT Neo 2, so I contacted Realme Europe to ask about an OE battery. They recommended three partners. After looking at all of them, I chose Witrigs.

First, I talk to them via their built-in chat. The guy was very helpful, and I ordered the battery from them. I live in Romania. The price was 17.40$, shipping included, so very cheap. I received the item faster than I expected, 10 days, if I remember correctly. I installed it in a service center and everything works fine at the moment. After a few days, I remembered that I needed a commercial invoice for my company, contacted the support again, and they gave it to me right away.

So my experience with Witrigs was exceptional, and I will buy two more batteries for my Honor and Xiaomi phones. I really recommend them.

10/10 from me.

I paid for my order and shipping after 2 months they claimed my refund was processed but it wasn't reflecting on my account. They are scammers.
I ordered on June 2025 now August 2025. Still nothing

I ordered a cover for Galaxy that was listed as OEM, but it turned out to be a cheap fake. BEWARE.

bought a google pixel 8 pro screen got one sent with a dead pixel like common arent you testing the screens/just sending shitty ones

Ordered a screen and a battery. The screen's touch function does not work at all, but Witrigs refuces to give refund or a new screen. Battery works ok. Also I paid for 5-9 days delivery but it took a month to arrive.

They don't sell OEM products but Chinese crap

As another user mentioned, order tracking is broken. They provide multiple ways to track a given order and none of them worked. I was supposed to get my order in 5-9 days, it took 20 days, and I had no tracking.

I contacted them for an update and they didn't respond until a week AFTER the item arrived. Their response didn't address anything in my message... it said that if I had problems I should contact USPS.

Also, the part I ordered was bent, though I was able to fix it with no issues.

AVOID.

If I could give less than one star I would. So I ordered a replacement back glass for OnePlus 8t and after bit hearing anything about it being shipped for a few days I went back to their web site and after looking around a bit more I could out they were not open for a whole week to celebrate Luna New Year. So my bad there i guess but they could have had the banner saying they were off for the week in a bit more of a open obvious spot. Anyways they said vacation was over on the 3rd and would be back and working by the 4th. So like the 5th comes around still has t shipped so I message them and the tell me some bs about the wearhouse being backed up from everyone being off for vacation blah blah but will get it shipped in the next day or 2. So I wait 3 day and nothing. Message them again they apologized up and down and shit they would for sure get it shipped tomorrow. That was like 4 days ago. Still has t shipped. Wrote them a message this morning saying they don't have to worry about shipping it and would just like my money back at this point. Now they won't write me back of course. If you're thinking about purchasing from this website do yourself a favor and don't do it. Worse on line shopping experience I've had to date.

I've never installed a phone screen before, but they had a great video and super helpful tech support. I was able to get it installed and working perfectly! They only thing that could be better is the shipping time.

I brought a oneplus oem screen with frame from the the witrigs website .i got the faulty product with green line on screen .i message them .they told cant able to exchange or refund because I installed the screen ..can anyone tell me without installing the screen how can i know wheather there is any problem or not .one of worth experience ever in my life .its cost me around 112£ for me .i am requesting everyone dont buy any products from witrig website .they are scam and fraud .its operated by Chinese company .

I bought an replacement screen for Pixel 7 Pro, it was advertised as OEM.

When I received it, it did not have a frame, nor a fingerprint sensor. Despite this I managed to install the screen. It worked well for a month, after which it cracked.

I felt that it broke quicker than a real OEM screen would.

This engine stand is a steal for the price It's incredibly stable and heavy-duty making to use And the foldable design is a bonus, saving valuable floor space when not in use.

J'ai utilisé un écran Witrigs pour remplacer celui de mon téléphone et J'ai été agréablement surpris du résultat. La livraison a été rapide 5 jours seulement! et I'installation s'est bien passée avec l'aide de mon ami. L'écran est nickel, comme neuf, la qualité est vraiment top!

Nice battery, but the wait was a bit too long - 9 days arrived.

J'étais déçue que la batterie ne puisse pas être envoyée par avion et que je doive attendre 14 jours par bateau. Mais bon, une fois installée, la batterie fonctionnait nickel et c'est le principal !

I bought a computer from them when it arrived it didnt have a dvd drive or hdmi as the picture showed but i kept it anyway. After a month it stopped working told me to send it back but they had it quite a while. I emailed them they said theyd send it out few days later i sked and said they sent it fed ex but no tracking no. Heres what they finally said.

The FedEx driver picked the package up but no tracking movement and update
Sometime it mean lost some time it come back a few days
I already issued the full refund to you

Never got refund or computer now wont answer emails or phone. Cant leave feeback on ebay they probably knew that.
