I LOVE this journal. It’s beautiful and well made. I enjoy writing my thoughts for my daughter and hope she’ll enjoy reading them in the future!!! Great gift for any mom!

I love the flow of the book, I wish there were little holders for cards, or gift cards, more blank places for pics.

My book looks so nice. I’ve filled out one page so far, and I know this will be such a beautiful experience. I hope to fill out one for each of my kids. The pages and prompts are beautiful. Nice quality all around.

Love the book! As feedback it would be nice if it came in a holder other than cardboard as opening and closing it to take it out creates easy wear and tear. I wouldn’t recommend buying any of the extras unless you can use them for something else as it will bulk up the book and it won’t be able to fit in its case; other than the quote and love stickers as they are flat. Don’t bother with the reminder stickers as it’s 10 stickers repeated for the roll of 500.

I received the book quickly and it is beautiful to look at, feels very high quality, the prompts are WONDERFUL and I would give it 5 stars except it's pretty small (6 x 8) and the lines are very close together: be prepared to write in small script. Some might actually prefer this as it's about the size of a paperback and would be easy to carry around. I think they should offer it in a "jumbo" size for those of us who prefer to not struggle with fitting our writing onto closely-spaced lines. Also, the envelopes (bought as an add-on) are ridiculous -- they are about 1-inch by 1/2 inch and SO TINY I'm not certain who would ever use them. Definitely disappointed there -- for some reason I thought they were going to be 2 x 3 inches...

3/9/26. Update…the founder reached out and those dealing with my concerns are no longer employed there. She said that’s not what the company is about. In 2 days I got a full refund, and I can keep the books so no return crap to deal with. I appreciate her reaching out and making things right. I changed my rating due to their real customer service.

I purchased these books which showed a table of contents and then where you can journal. The book is nothing like that. But there’s probably 10 pages of instructions in the beginning of the journal, which is not something I would want to gift to my children. So they told me to tear them out well guess what it run the binding and now other pages are coming out. What did they say? Nothing. They are ghosting me and have not answered my emails and I can’t get anyone on the phone to return these two books I bought that I can’t use. I’m not happy at all with the product or the customer service. If I could give zero stars, I would. Total waste of money and false advertisement. Their webpage has all kinds of great reviews that I’m starting to think they’re not real cause. I’m hearing more and more people who have a problem just like me.

The book never arrived and when I contacted customer service they stopped responding after my first email.

I placed a $125 order on Jan 10 and it is now Jan 28 and I have gotten 5 or 6 "failed delivery attempts" except ny house is on a main road, nobody ever tried to deliver anything (I was home and I have a ring camera).

With My Love told me to contact UniUni so I can arrange a pick up from their facility. Well UniUni does not allow that hecause it is "against their policies"

This is a scam. Uniuni is garbage i dont think they exist and I dont think the book itself exists. Their customer service is trash dont do it. You can get something similar on Amazon.

Im still getting periodic messages from UniUni dating theyre sorry they missed me. I was given a full refund and then I was asked to edit this review to a positive one if they send me a free copy with a trustworthy shipping company. They said my review is harming their business. I agreed to this but then never heard from them again so I assuming I won't be getting anything from them.

They're assuring me they are a real smallcompany but I just don't understand why it takes them 6 or 7 days to reply to each email. If they're a small company how do they have so many emails that it takes them 7 days to reply?

I maintain my thoughts that this is not a real company. I am disappointed in myself that I've fallen for it but greatful my money was returned.

My order arrived. They delivered after two months of back and forth. I feel a little uncomfortable changing this to a good review because they did refund me and then eventually send out the product but all I can say is that yes they are a real company.

Im not sure if i can say their product is worth what they are charging for it though as there are many much cheaper you can get for a much lower cost.

I also can not say that they had responsive customer service. Some messeges took a week for a response. I also feel the only way I was able to get a resolution is by posting here. I feel as though they are expecting a 5 star review because they sent the product to me after they refunded, but that does not mean the experience i had was good.

I appreciate that they sent the order and refunded me but I would not recommend this company or nor will I ever purchase again.

The product is amazing! Beautiful and well thought out but my kids are almost grown. Wish I’d started it ten years ago. When I explained it wasn’t going to work for me for the above reason there was no problem returning. They were easy, responsive and Absolutely fantastic customer service! Seriously, I can’t say enough good things.

They are the best. Great service. Always in and out. My daughter had an issue with a broken piece right at Christmas and even though they weren’t having real office hours she was quickly seen and it was repaired! Great service!!

My granddaughter is going away to college in the fall.
I bought my daughter the book to write her some loving words of advice, and share how she handled different situations when she experienced them at her age. My daughter cried when she received it on Christmas. It's a wonderful way to help create a bond between mother and daughter.

These journals are exactly what I was hoping for! I have one for each of my boys and enjoy writing to them so much! Love the topics and layout

Order never arrived and getting a refund was incredibly difficult. Being yelled at by customer service and having a horrible experience would not bring me back to this site for any reason. Sad because I have 3 children that would have lived these books.

Ordered multiple items. Only 2 in the bag. Reached out to their customer service and they said there was nothing they can do. I ordered the extra pens and the mini envelopes that did not show up. I asked if they'd put those in the mail and they declined. Terrible customer service. Terrible.

I'm only at the beginning of my journey, my kids are 2 1/2 and four months. I love that I have time to think of these things and consider what they'll need and consider my thoughts for them. I didn't do a baby book, so I can give them something so much more beautiful and meaningful with this.
