Took forever to get. I spent $149 on 2-rings(they were OK) , and 3 tops. I am a 2x, white top, No labels anywhere, I ordered a 2x, I was sent a top which was probably a small. One top looked like it should have been long underwater with a sheen, it fit but absolutely not as described. Last top also too small and not a knit so no way could fit. I have to say I did not go through the return process, I was done with Them.

Do not buy from this Company- it is not London based as inferred by its name - it’s yet another Chinese cheap and cheerful, rubbish shop.
Products are abysmally poor… refunds non existent as return postage to China start at £20.👹👹👹👹

Buyers remorse would be putting it lightly. research for youself before buying, I wish I did. After paying almost $100 US for 2 dresses what I received were 2 ill fitting, cheaply made with low quality material and construction dresses. When I looked into returning it was 15% or 15 euros ($17.31 US), whichever is more, per item, that would be $35.62, more than 1/3 of what I paid for them, plus shipping to China, which is funny because the return address on the package was here in California, Burlingame. Live and learn and dont make my mistake and don't buy from these scammers.

Do not purchase from them. They sent me the wrong item and refuses to acknowledge it. They refused to reimbursed me at the full purchased price, only 40% return.

Would give a ZERO if the option was available. Not a NY company but a Chinese scam company. Tried to return products. Had to pay for shipping back to China. 30 day return policy. My return go there too late.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Do not be fooled by the name! You are no dealing with U.S. company as are not located in New York!! Make sure on their website to scroll to the bottom and read all about the company and their policies. Having several occasions coming up I was excited to come upon the website on social media. I ordered three dresses. I ordered up as suggested and they still did not fit properly, too small. And the material was rather odd. Upon contacting them to return them they made me jump thru hoops. Asking for pictures several times of the dresses. Which I found odd they know what was ordered from their records. After finally getting the okay to return them I was informed that the return was to China and it was expensive to ship them back (and yes it is, not worth the price of another dress to do so). But they could offer me 15% credit and to keep the dresses. I have always been apprehensive about ordering clothes from an online advertiser and this has solidified those apprehensions more. LESSON LEARNED! PLEASE BE AWARE!

Overall a very good experience. The product fits well and the fabric feels nice. I would order from this store again.

It took almost 6 weeks to get the two blouses I ordered which was okay but whe I received them yesterday I was totally disappointed. First, I ordered a size up as they suggested- still didn’t fit. I swear a medium sometimes a small, I ordered larger and it looks terrible. The fabric is flimsy, not a nice linen as advertised. The online photos are gorgeous but the actual item is horrendous ‼️ also can’t get thru to them to discuss the issue, sounds like it wouldn’t make a difference. Unfortunate that instagram allows such scammers.

I had a question about sizing and customer service responded quickly. The item arrived and the quality is very good.

I bought a dress....it was nothing like the picture Not even remotly. I contacted them and had to send pictures. They sent me another one and it was the cheapest most disgusting thing I have ever seen. The first one was a mu mu. Now they are refusing to refund me. They are ignoring my messages. Did I mention it took 5 weeks to get delivered. DISGUSTING CHEAP CRAP FROM CHINE.

I wore the dress to dinner and it looked great. I’m very happy with the purchase.

Ordering was easy and everything arrived in good condition. The item looked exactly like the pictures and the size was correct.

I ordered a dress from them for a wedding and when I received it, it didn’t fit and looked horrible. I asked to return the dress for a refund. They wanted pictures of the dress and the tag, I gave them what they asked for. Then they started bargaining with me about a refund. They also said shipping was very expensive. I’m willing to send it back, and I want a refund. It shouldn’t be this hard. I only tried on the dress, never wore it at all. This angers me!

I ordered a blouse and it fits perfectly. The color is exactly like the photos and the fabric feels light and comfortable

DO NOT BUY!! The reviews on their website are fake! In fact, when you do order from them, there is no way for you to leave a review (why I am here!). This is a scam- nothing that I received was even close to what I ordered. The real return policy (buyer has to ship clothes back to china at their own expense) is buried on the website. The return policy listed below the items for purchase highlights “hassle-free” returns. I am now debating back and forth for them to provide a paid return label. The entire website is a scam- don’t fall for it like I did!!
