Great customer service
I recently purchased a refurbished laptop from Wisetek Store. I have been looking at the refurb market in a lot of industries as of late to try and do what I can to be a more sustainable consumer. When the laptop arrived unfortunately it had a minor issue. When I reached out to Wisetek Store customer service, the agent was extremely helpful and was very quick and efficient solving the issue. The overall customer service experience was great and I’d like to thank Wisetek for their efficient and friendly approach. I would highly recommend Wisetek Store if you are thinking of purchasing a new laptop or electronic device.

Stumbled across an unbelievable offer on a MacBook that I just couldn’t refuse. Laptop arrived securely packed via DHL the next day. Had been looking for a 2nd MacBook Pro to get back into DJing, but was afraid of buying a troublesome one from a 2nd hand marketplace. Wisetek MacBooks include 1 year warranty for peace of mind with the option to extend out to 3 years. Have been raving about them to other DJ friends who are after new MacBooks. 100% will do business again!

Basically a new laptop when condition was listed as (Very good) so I was pleasantly surprised seeing it in near mint condition. It doesn't come in the original box which is fine, they do come with a charger, which is what I was worried about when I got it because it wasn't listed as included, overall everything was better than expected and I will definitely be recommending friends and family if they are looking for great refurbished technology. 5/5
