I've ordered macbook for the price listed on the site, but instead of sending it the order they canceled the order and changed price to a higher one.

Ich habe über Refurbed bei ExactSolutions ein MacBook Pro M1 bestellt, das zu einem sehr guten Preis angeboten wurde. Die Bestellung lief zunächst ganz normal, allerdings wurde das Gerät nie geliefert. Nach etwa einer Woche wurde die Bestellung dann einfach storniert – ohne eine nachvollziehbare Begründung.

Besonders enttäuschend war der Kundenservice. Die Kommunikation war unfreundlich und wenig lösungsorientiert. Statt einer klaren Erklärung oder eines Entgegenkommens hatte man eher das Gefühl, abgefertigt zu werden.

Für mich wirkt das Ganze so, als ob Produkte zu attraktiven Preisen angeboten werden, die dann im Nachhinein nicht eingehalten werden. Das ist nicht nur frustrierend, sondern auch wenig vertrauenswürdig.

Grottiger Laden, spart euch die Zeit!

Well, I guess it's hit and miss with this company. My daughter ordered and lucked out. my wife ordered and got by with a bad charger but i got screwed.

My 2019 MacBook Pro was in great physical shape but when i opened it, the backlight was broken and then when I watch a movie I could see that the left bottom corner of the screen was broken.

I tried to get in contact with them but they never reply.
I will never buy from this company again or recommend their services.

ATTENZIONE AL VENDITORE - PRODOTTI ROTTI E ASSISTENZA NEGATA

Esperienza pessima e frustrante. Ho ordinato un MacBook Air su Back Market dal venditore e mi è stato inviato per DUE VOLTE un prodotto con gravi difetti hardware (schermo sfarfallante e cerniera allentata). Nonostante abbia inviato prove video inconfutabili dei difetti, il venditore ha continuato a negare l'evidenza per evitare il rimborso, costringendomi a una lunga battaglia con l'assistenza di Back Market.

Statene alla larga se non volete perdere tempo e salute con prodotti non controllati e venditori scorretti. Solo l'intervento finale di Back Market mi ha permesso di riavere i miei soldi. Un incubo che non auguro a nessuno.

Macbook pro 2021 sent to Italy: fast delivery, macbook didn't turn on, fast refund. Very disappointed for the computer. Maybe any problem with the delivery company? I don't know.

I bought a 16.2-inch MacBook Pro (M1 Max, 24-core) and it arrived today. I tested everything right away and it worked perfectly. The battery looked brand new, there weren’t any scratches, and overall the laptop was in amazing condition. I had been a bit worried after reading some reviews, but once I saw it in person, all that doubt disappeared. Honestly, they deserve a great review—I’m really happy with the purchase.

Ho avuto un problema con un loro MacBook ed hanno saputo provvedere tempestivamente soddisfacendo sempre le mie aspettative grazie a un fenomenale servizio clienti.

Ho erroneamente spedito un pacco a loro, hanno immediamente intercettato il pacco, e me lo hanno spedito indietro a loro spese. Chiunque altro se ne sarebbe fregato, ma non ExactSolutions! Mi hanno salvato la vita. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Robert, un ragazzo d'oro! Consigliatissimi!

Les compré un portátil a través de PC componentes. Los símbolos del teclado no funcionaban correctamente, por ejemplo apretabas la tecla del * y salía (
Llevo reclamando un mes la devolución y el reembolso y todo el rato la contestación es que les envie un vídeo del problema. Ya les he enviado el vídeo tres veces y continúan sin resolver el problema. Les he solicitado el reembolso varias veces y contestan que les envie un vídeo con el problema.
Mi consejo es que ni se os ocurra comprar a Exact Solution Electronics

Ich habe über refurbed ein MacBook Pro 16” im Zustand „sehr gut“ bestellt. Das gelieferte Gerät war bereits beim Auspacken mangelhaft (u. a. deutliches Spaltmaß/Deckel schließt nicht bündig, Gehäuse wirkt verzogen, Scharnier/Deckel hat Spiel, zudem eine Delle). Das Rücksendeetikett kam erst nach mehrfacher Nachfrage.
Ich habe von Anfang an Nacherfüllung verlangt (Ersatzgerät oder Reparatur). Trotzdem wurde weder eine Reparatur durchgeführt noch ein Austausch angeboten, sondern stattdessen eine Rückerstattung abgeschlossen und ich solle „neu bestellen“. Das empfinde ich als Verweigerung der Nacherfüllung. Besonders irritierend: Vergleichbare Geräte dieses Händlers sind parallel weiterhin verfügbar (z. B. auf anderen Plattformen). Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend.

“ war nach ca. 45 Tagen (bei minimaler Nutzung) plötzlich defekt. Der Händler verweigerte jede Garantie und erfand dreist einen angeblichen 'Wasserschaden', um nicht zahlen zu müssen. Mein Geld habe ich am Ende nur erhalten, weil das Paket beim Rückversand verloren ging und der Back Market Support eingegriffen hat. Ohne diesen Paketverlust würde ich wohl immer noch streiten. Nie wieder dieser Verkäufer!"

After weeks from my purchase, nothing has been shipped yet. THey're buying time so I can't recall the payment with my credit card. Stay away from them! IT'S A SCAM!!!!!

Ho acquistato un Macbook ricondizionato (ordine75632196) da questo Venditore polacco tramite il sito di Backmarket in data 03gennaio sul sito pubblicano "prodotto disponibile pronta consegna". Dovevo riceverlo il 09 gennaio, invece ad oggi 12 gennaio ancora nulla é stato neanche spedito, risulta "ancora in preparazione". Non solo non spedito, ma questo venditore vende prodotti che non possiede, pubblicando false informazioni. Assistenza clienti inesistente, dopo 1 settimana di ritardo, non ho ricevuto né informazioni né chiarimenti né i soldi indietro e dovrò procedere annulando il pagamento per frode tramite Servizio della Carta di Credito.

Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much from a refurbished MacBook Pro 14 M2, but Exact Solution Electronics totally surprised me. Everything works perfectly, and the 12-month warranty gives complete peace of mind. Must recommended.

Vendeur pas sérieux. Envoie le mauvais produit et fait attendre son client « de recevoir le produit » pour un remboursement ou une réexpédition. Vraiment pas sérieux, sans ordinateur professionnel depuis 1 mois à cause de cela.

I am writing as a private buyer of a MacBook Pro M1 Max from this company a week ago.

They sold me this MBP 16" 64GB 1TB M1 Max advertised on Allegro as NEW. When I turned it on for the first time, it appeared that the camera was not working. I ran Apple diagnostics – error NDC001. They told me to try a few different things to check it out (system update, watching videos on YouTube, terminal commands). I wasted a few hours. I sent the computer back to them. It turned out that the entire screen needed to be replaced. They offered to replace the screen with a used one from another MacBook Pro that had a damaged logic board.

They are selling me a product as new, but they want to install used parts in it, which means that the new computer is damaged and repaired from the very beginning. All this immediately reduces its value, creating a history of defects.

I suggested that they refund me at least PLN 1,600 for my losses and send me back the repaired computer with a used screen (from a damaged computer).

They refused. They didn't even bother to install a new screen or replace the computer with another new one. In the end, I lost more than 7 days and was unable to work on urgent projects. This is a very unpleasant experience for me.

Therefore, I withdrew from the contract.

I have all the documentation of my correspondence with them, as well as photos.

One more thing. Their “new” computers are not covered by Apple's warranty – they have already been activated, their history is unknown, and had been stored somewhere for a long time.

I suggest that the seller check the products more carefully, especially if they have been activated before, and not advertise them as NEW.
