Just bought a refurbed dell precision 5550 for xmas. Very good condition. Happy with it. One little problem is the left hand clicker of the mouse pad doesnt work most of the time which is a bit disappointing

Bought an iPhone 12 for an unreal price in July. Sadly it became defective, however I emailed Simon, who was incredibly helpful and I returned it and got a replacement in 5 days. Really happy with this, will definitely use Wisetek Store again

I bought a refurbed Wisetek MacBook last month for an extremely competitive price, but received a model with the wrong keyboard and slightly used battery. The Wisetek support was super supportive about this issue and I got a partial refund for my purchase, which I decided to keep. I can highly recommend this company, they clearly care about sustainability and I will almost definitely buy from them again :)

Poor service Wisetek
I bought a desktop last year from here. Was initially pleased. It was bought for an 11 year old for Christmas. It crashed early autumn. Followed as much help as I could find on google didn’t fix. Full restore then done but wouldn’t connect to the internet, no drives it said. 27th Nov this year emailed company. It was purchased on line 20 Nov 22. Not sure when delivered. I got an email back to say out of warranty. Emailed again on 5 th Dec no response. The logs will show it stopped working months ago. Bad form to get 9 months only out of a device. I have reconditioned iPad bought off Apple working for years. Poor form Wisetek. Wanted to support a Cork company . After posting in trustpilot the non Irish version of the site I was emailed by Wisetek out of context with my original contact to them they said the original staff member who responded left the company. So again no resolution or satisfactory response from Wisetek

Very happy with the refurbished dell latitude that I bought. Great specs, very quick delivery and super price compared to other refurbed places I was looking at. So far so good! If the laptop continues to work as I expect I will definitely purchase again when I’m in the market.

Value, quality, lightening fast delivery, sometimes here the next day. You won't find anything like the value you get here on any sales site like market place etc, plus you have a 12 month warranty.

I spotted that Wisetek were local to me in Milton Keynes. I saw a PC that was ideal for me. I emailed them and received a prompt reply, after a succession of emails I arranged purchase and local collection. The PC was excellent and fits my needs perfectly. I would recommend Wisetek if you need to source any Computer equipment.

Had used them before on eBay but even better prices direct with their store as well as longer warranty - though the items were in such good condition with light use (some with manufacturer warranty), it’s unlikely that will be a concern. One order needed a slight amendment but they proactively advised beforehand. I only have good things to say about this company and nothing of concern. Very pleased with the service and quality, will definitely be buying here again.

Ordered laptop late on a Tuesday evening, arrived on the Thursday morning. Laptop looks like new and also functioning as new. Great price, 32G ram, 1/2TB storage & i7 10th gen processor for less than €500. Will purchase from this company again in the near future

I received a laptop that is not the one I bought - it has a different serial number than the one I ordered, it is visually in worse condition than the one I bought and it is broken (one speaker does not work and it overheats). I received information from Wisetek that the laptop I bought was sold to someone else, and without my knowledge they gave me another one. This is how Wisetek treats its customers

This is not the end of my problems with Wisetek:
the bill I received from this company for the purchased laptop does not match the serial number of the laptop I received
So how can I complain about the laptop if I do not have an invoice for it?
I do not recommend Wisetek - contact with Costumer Service is impossible, no one responds to my e-mails.

I ordered a refurbished laptop on Sunday for my daughter who started college. Received it Tuesday. Top quality product at a reasonable price. Like new. She is thrilled .
