Will answered all my questions of the watch then talked me through the buying procedure, sending a HD video of the watch and then a video of packaging the watch ready for next day, before 1p.m special delivery, the watch arrived excellently packaged and exceeded my expectations,

Fantastic service and communication…
Fantastic service and communication from start to finish. Will remained in contact throughout the whole purchasing experience. Posted the watch to arrive the very next day. He even sourced a strap for me and had that sent out rapidly too. Highly recommend wiseman watches to anyone looking to purchase out there.

Buying a watch + brilliant customer service
Was referred to Will for all things Panerai. Met with him in Winchester to discuss several watches he had available, and decided on the PAM00945 which was in very good condition and fairly priced. However it is his knowledge of the markets and attention to detail which makes him a joy to work with. Wonderful buying experience. I think I now have the PAM bug :)

Very professional
I took the leap and purchased a designer watch for the first time as keep sake for milestone birthday. Will offered support and reviews of watches via social media as I could not attend the shop. I eventually identified the correct watch for me and after very open and clear discussion on price made a purchase. Will is extremely professional and considerate in his customer approach. He took the time to send me not just tracking information based upon my availability to take receipt of watch he also sent me a short recording of the packaging process to assure me of security and safety while in carriage. I would be extremely happy to use Wiseman watches again and would recommend the business to friends seeking this type of purchase.
