Will had been recommended by several people on a Panerai forum, and he was very accommodating from my first email to him. He discussed my requirements and helped me to narrow down the search to the watch that I really wanted. His knowledge and understanding were sublime, and he did not once try and force my decision. He promised to source the watch that I wanted, and that it may take a little time for the narrow age of the watch I required. When it arrived Will contacted me and I went to visit him. The watch was immaculate and I received the level of service reserved for VIPs. I could not be happier, and I would recommend Wiseman's Watches to anyone wanting to buy a watch and to be shown true customer service. Oh and he does a fabulous espresso too!

I bought a Speedmaster from Will at Wiseman’s watches last week. At every step of the way Will couldn’t have been more helpful from the selection, to the purchase through to the (very fast) delivery. He was even good enough to give me some money off to make up for some confusion earlier in the week. All in all very pleased indeed, both with my new watch and the service received. It’s good to know that in this day and age of organisations trying to take you for every penny they can there are stilll some that take pride in putting the customer first.

Although I am a relatively new watch enthusiast I recently met with Will at Wiseman's watches to discuss two pieces he was offering for sale that I had been interested in. Will is a young, knowledgeable, driven, professional who is passionate about watches. He invited me to visit his offices where I could view and try the pieces. He gave me as much time as I needed and helped me with the history of the items and the brand (Panerai) that I was interested in. He also showed an interest in the watch I was selling and gave me advise on pricing, photography and advertising.
After I left his premises he followed up on some questions that I had and communicated the answers back to me in a timely and accurate manner. During a second visit I completed a purchase and the process was as smooth as you like and with plenty of detailed documentation relating to the transaction. Will has also gone above and beyond to assist me in the sale of my other watch. Overall dealing with Will has been an absolute pleasure and the quality and condition of his stock is superb. I have absolutely no trouble in recommending anyone to work with Will if you are looking for a luxury or classic watch and you place importance on the quality of item, the service and the overall experience.
