I placed a large order with this company - there has been several items/parts/accessories missing. I have found the customer service appalling. It has been over a year now and they still have not delivered on missing accessories - For over a year now I have been promised delivery of these and time and time again have been let down - last attempt that took over a month after they promised - they delivered the wrong parts. A company not to be trusted. I will now be contacing my card company to raise some chargebacks

Company hard to get hold of on the phone. Promise to call back but don't. Previous reviews show a common theme. The price is competitive but the goods may take a while to arrive. I suspect the staff dint always tell the truth about problems with delays and quality issues. My bath was chipped on arrival. I think this Company is too big a risk to use again.

AVOID!
AVOID!! Awful company. Paid extra for express delivery and item never arrived. No response to emails and difficult to get hold of on phone. When eventually manage to get through either fobbed off or say they'll call back but don’t. Still awaiting delivery….

Go elsewhere
So an order was placed on 27/7/24 and all was well. However, a couple of weeks had went by (pallet delivery so just about acceptable) after the order was placed I thought it best to chase up since I hadn't had any further comms... Getting hold of them is a total nightmare. Website chat is purely a bot, emails go unanswered asa does the phone most of the time. Out of about 10 attempts to get through the phone has been answered once.
When I was lucky enough for a member of staff to answer the phone I was told I was emailed the day before (I wasn't) telling me the item wasn't available. They suggested an alternative and wanted to send a picture - I asked for the details as I was on their website but surprise surprise the item wasn't on their site (and also a brand I had never come across before). I told them to cancel the order and I'm still waiting for my refund a week later... Thankfully I paid via PayPal so I'm praying they come through since Wise bathrooms haven't responded to the PayPal case either.
AVOID them like the plague.
From now on I'll be calling companies to speak to them before I order items such as bathrooms suites!
Update as of 13/9. They haven’t responded to any emails I have sent and getting them on the phone is still impossible. Here’s hoping PayPal come through and refund my money - wise bathrooms haven’t even responded to the PayPal claim.

I ordered some bathroom panels on 12 August. Was promised within 7 days. When it did not arrive j was told they got damaged replacement will be sent out. I still haven’t received my order. They don’t take my calls and only reply to my messages with unfulfilled promises. I asked for a refund and still nothing. They don’t take my calls. Trying to get my refund. Terrible company.

24/8/2024. After the review above Wisebathrooms found my telephone number and demanded I withdrew it. The hand rail has now arrived, unbranded in an unmarked box with no manufacturers name or instructions. It was posted on the same day as the first review. But it is as shown and does the job

Vanity Unit
The vanity unit I ordered was out of stock but Fergus at Wise Bathrooms went the extra mile to find me a suitable replacement unit, even changing the handles to a different colour for me to fit in with my colour scheme. Delivery was very quick and the unit has completely upgraded my bathroom.
Customer service was non-existent
Customer service was non-existent. I placed my order in April. It arrived in August. There was no communication from the company about the delay. I sent numerous emails that went unanswered. I rang lots of times and it just rang and rang. When I did speak to someone they said they would look into it and ring me back - they never did. I got told twice they would be coming into stock that week and would be sent out to me. Nope.

Do not order from Wise Bathrooms
Ordered a bathroom cabinet (around £250) with 3-6 working days delivery added. Despite multiple chasers the item has never been received. I chased the seller via email, telephone and their website chat. No one ever responds on the chat and my emails were never answered. The phone number on the website just leaves you on hold forever. I found an alternative number on google for the company which worked. It appears to forward calls to a mobile number. Spoke to the same guy a number of times but the updates were useless and promises made never materialised. Initially told item was damaged so had to order another. Then after about a month was told it had been dispatched. They couldn’t confirm any delivery details but was told it’d arrive between 10-2pm on delivery date. Of course nothing turned up. When I spoke to the guy the following week he said delivery had been attempted at 6:30pm that day but we were in and heard nothing. Last resort have had to claim money back through credit card company. Not sure if Wise bathrooms are dishonest or just incompetent (or both). Just order from somewhere else.
Extremely Disappointing Experience - Avoid This Company
I had an incredibly frustrating experience ordering a sink from this company’s website. After placing my order, all communication through their chatbox ceased, leaving me in the dark about the status of my purchase. It felt impossible to get a straight answer when calling their customer service; I never knew who I was speaking to, and the representatives provided little help.
The service was painfully slow. It took an excessive amount of time just to get my order cancelled. Now, I’m stuck waiting for over two weeks for a refund, with no sign of my money being returned anytime soon. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of customer care is unacceptable.
Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs!
Wise bathrooms? Be wiser and go elsewhere
Ordered shower enclosure with express delivery, and the order confirmation was the last email I received from them. After many, many attempts to contact Wise Bathrooms to confirm delivery within the timescales (due to no dispatch notification, and no tracking), I was told it would be delivered a day late. Well that didn't happen either, and as my fitters were then gone, I was left without a shower. Managed to finally get through to them again, to request refund, but all I got was a text to say that the screen had been broken in transit (seems quite a popular excuse, reading other reviews) and that they would send another one out and offer to refund me just the shipping.
No good to me, so I asked for a full refund and cancellation... that's the last communication I ever had, as they failed to respond to emails, calls and texts.
Thankfully, I used Paypal who then refunded me, having had no excuse or feedback from the company.
Equally worst of any buying experience I've had for sizeable ticket items. Avoid at all costs.

Very good communication and updates from Wise Bathrooms and Fed ex as to the progress of my delivery .
I would like to mention Taj (sorry if not right spelling) as he dealt with my order.
