This insurance was value for money and gave peace of mind. It was very easy to navigate the Web site to choose the cover and then tailor it.

Easy to purchase online policy sent immediately to my email.Very competitive pricing, grandchildren covered under my policy and pre-existing medical conditions covered with no hassle.
Did not have to make a claim, after reviewing some other comments customers had no problems and claims settled promptly.

Darwin Harbour Cruise cancelled
Unfortunately we had to cancel a Cruise on Darwin Harbour, for my Husbands 86th birthday, due to a local Dr. confirming we had Covid. No trouble at all to get refund from WAS. Very happy to do business with them.

Helpful call centre insurance rates for 2 80 yo were best by far. I recommended our younger friends snd they bought insurance and were very happy

Staff's belief in company and their products.
When I first started to look at travel insurance it was obvious that there was a plethora of products all promising a variety of benefits and cost. WAS had a comparison table of its own products with well defined outcomes. What concerns I had were able to be answered by a real person and one who was able to direct my attention to what I was looking for. Having staff who are not only loyal but committed to the value of the product made my choice of companies very easy.
