Customer Service on a whole other level!
Love shopping at Winnings Osborne Park store. Always excellent customer service, and the salesman who we dealt with this time (Draven) was another step above!
Draven was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient (my wife and I were in the store for many hours!) and really made the whole shopping experience easy. Will definitely contact him for our next purchase.
Have always recommended Winnings to all of our family and friends, and will continue to do so. The customer service across the board (including the outstanding delivery guys!) is unmatched by any other retailer.

Bosch series 8 dishwasher…
Ordered a Bosch series 8 dishwasher while sitting in the Harvey Norman Bunbury carpark after HN advised 10 days to get stock from O'Connor (less than 2 hour drive away) and best price $100 more than Winning. Very impressed with delivery service options, next day delivery, delivery communications regarding timing, and the low price including free delivery. Probably the first feel-good experience after a major appliance breakdown.

The Salesperson at Winning Applicance knew the products well, was not at all biased, but listened to what we wanted.
We were really pleased when the delivery guys were early very friendly and efficient in leaving our new stove.
Then, the installation men arrived nearly an hour early, and were so efficient, then made sure we were familiar with how it all worked before they left us. The fact that they could take the old stove with them was so good as far as we were concerned.
We will definitely shop with Winning Appliances again!

Quick to win the business; careless there after
Perth: Quick to broker a deal on quality products and be market competitive.
Although; once the deposit was paid there was no follow up on delivery for the order, no call backs when we called fortnightly to try and get an ETA. Got a hold of our sales person twice in 3 months, promised to follow up and didn’t. The admins at the store tried but weren’t successful. All we received was an autogenerated email the day before delivery, hard to accomodate…… Delayed our project and the associated trades as a result of non-existent communication.

Perfect before and after sales service
Jeff from the Kingston ACT store was very helpful and clearly understood my needs. I went with his recommendation and purchased the model he had suggested. Delivery was sooner than expected which made it much easier during the kitchen upgrade.

Nothing but poor service from the time…
Nothing but poor service from the time we handed over our money.
Most notably not being able to contact anyone at our local store.
We were doing a full kitchen renovation and had to have just in time deliveries.
This could not be organised as you can’t talk to anyone.
Kitchen has been in now for 2 months. From the first time we used the $1200 microwave it was obvious there was something wrong with it.
2 months of trying to get Winning to follow up on this warranty issue.
We have given up and contacted the brand supplier.
Lesson learnt from this bad experience would be try and call the store whilst you’re in the store and talk to the sales staff about their poor service.

We always buy from Fortitude Valley Winnings store. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and above all, helpful. We would never go anywhere else - prices are matched and the service is second to none. Even when we ordered the wrong ducting for our Qasair range hood (my fault not theirs) they arranged a pickup for the following day and organised the refund.

Friendly delivery team, with good communication on delivery ETA. They unpacked, connected machine and removed all packaging. So easy for me. Fantastic service. Only had the Bosch washing machine less than 1 week now, but all seems good. (if I can, will do a follow up in 6 mths on the machine). Very quiet machine. Still getting used to how to choose which programs(lots of options). RE: Bosch WAX32M41AU. Perth WA.

Winning are super professional
Winning are super professional and helpful. I made an error with my order and they have bent over backwards to help me fix it. They really know their products and value their customers. Ten years ago I bought all the appliances fro a new kitchen from them on a friend’s recommendation and was very happy I did. Went straight to them for my next purchase.

Winning made a mistake on one of our deliveries, but went above and beyond to fix it in the end. We all make mistakes but not everyone fixes them. Thanks to Aman and the team at Chadstone for taking care of us. Will definitely purchase from Winning Appliances again and am happy to recommend to others.

Excellent customer service and product knowledge
We are doing a full kitchen renovation and used Winning Newcastle for our appliances. We were sold on our first visit by the amount of time Jennifer spent working through our options and outlining pros and cons for us. She knew the appliances inside out and spent the time finding the best balance of quality and price.
When our renovation circumstances changed and there were delays, the follow ups and check ins were fantastic. There was no issue when our renovation ultimately had to change and we needed to alter our appliances, Jennifer again helped us with the best options and delivery was almost immediate.
Cannot recommend highly enough.

Misleading, expensive and poor customer interface
I have bought a microwave online and paid almost the double price because it was listed as being in stock and had a quick delivery. It turned out I should wait for it for two weeks because it was NOT in stock. They didn't even bother to update me about this and delivery day came with total silence from them. I had to chase them and asked for a refund. Misleading and poor management.

Smeg wall oven
We have been buying from Winnings for 30 years. The salsstaff on our recent purchase were excellent in all respects as were the two lads on the installation team. The only slight hiccup was that the support system for the installation team did not actually send the SMS updates re times. As it happened we were at home and the item was installed earlier in the day than we had planned but had we been out, it might have delayed the installation and caused problems.
Extremely satisfied customer
Staff were extremely helpful, flexible, friendly and very competitive on the price of all the kitchen appliances I purchased. I was very impressed the first time I used them, so went back to fit a new kitchen. Totally satisfied second time around also.
The sales staff were excellent
The sales staff were excellent and knowledgeable. While not all products were available I understand this is a supplier issue not a Winnings issue.
Poor customer follow up service
Nil issue with delivery of appliance but after 8 months when our fridge failed there was zero customer support with zero follow up.
Extremely poor customer service. it appears Winnings are happy to take your money but nowhere to be found when something goes wrong.
You have been warned. Look elsewhere if you want genuine old fashioned customer service.

An absolute debacle of a company to deal with
16.4.23 - Online order was processed quickly
Process went downhill from here
Received two different emails with conflicting information on delivery dates
The second email had the incorrect delivery address even though it was clearly stated on the order
Tried to contact customer service
Spent two days waiting on the phone to talk to someone
Third day got to speak to someone.
Couldn’t find the order initially - then found it but had no idea of delivery. Promised to get back to me. Didn’t happen
Called again on fourth day. Confirmed the correct address. Promised that the order would be shipped by express post due to the delay
Now eight days later
Still waiting for the order
An absolute debacle
10.5.23 - Further update - still no delivery. Spoken to them several times since.Now a total of 5 calls. Always promised to to look into and call me back. Never happens. Now nearly a month and no delivery. This company has to be the worst in Australia for making promises and not performing. So, after nearly a month I don’t have the product and am out of pocket for the funds paid for the order. Avoid them at all costs!
