I had to cancel a holiday previously due to the pandemic via Ocean Florida and received a credit note. I decided to book a European break instead (cheaper than the US and nearer for my location) via their sister company, Winged Boots.

I had a flawless experience booking my Cyprus trip through Winged Boots with Matt as my travel rep. Matt was quick in his responses to me, clear in his communication, friendly and very helpful. I was given the flexibility to look also for myself at what was available (I'm very picky) and he booked it for me at a great price.

I would happily book through this company again!

Neil was a great help when booking a short break away, no question seems too much trouble and he provided us with a number of options to ensure we found the best deal.

We have booked a 4 day trip to New York and we couldn't be happier with the customer service offered by Neil who looked after us. He took us through all the options to us and was a huge help in making our decision due to his experience as he has been to New York several times. Neil has even offered for us to call him nearer the time to go through places to visit and the best ways to get there, fantastic service and we are very grateful to Neil.

Had to put my holiday on hold for 2years with ocean florida and as circumstances had changed was unable to journey to America. We were directed to Winged Boots by Ocean Florida and were lucky enough to be looked after by Neil who was able to find us a cruise in the Med instead and redeemed our voucher without any problems at all .He was a pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend the company . I had a lovely experience with Winged Boots. Neil was super helpful in organising my trip. He was able to provide many options and done so with speed!

Nothing is too much trouble. Dealt with Louise Silverman who really knew her stuff. Always got back to my when she said she would, overall a really pain free process.

We dealt with Matt, and nothing was ever too much trouble. We booked our honeymoon to Bali after initially looking at looking the Maldives but changing our minds due to weather at the time we wanted to go, Matt provided us with atleast 6 different quotes and was quick every time. I have used their sister company Ocean Florida before and had booked another Florida holiday that was disrupted by Covid. In the end we decided to move the holiday to Europe so got a credit note which we could use at Winged boots. Both companies couldn't have been easier to deal with. We dealt with a few travel agents before speaking with Neil at Winged Boots. We were ready to book our honeymoon and knew exactly what we wanted. Neil was more than happy to provide us with various quotes for different types of accommodations. Other travel agents that we dealt with made it seem like it was a chore and had no interest in doing this. He was extremely quick in getting back to us which helped a lot as we did not have much time to book.
