They charged $20 for return freight on the their refund and did not reimburse me for the $11 of taxes charged on my order. For a $91 order they refunded $50.

Ordered jewellery. It took a while to arrive and when it did it was awful. V poor quality, it looks like children's toy jewellery, plastic 'stones' instead of cubic zirconia or diamante. I didn't realise when ordering but the item was 'final sale no return'.
So disappointed as it looked beautiful on the website and would have happily have paid more for something that looked like the picture.

Where to begin. Just after placing an order, I wanted to swap it for something else (and more expensive), emailed customer services straight away and they said they can’t change it, it’ll have to be sent back once received. What they don’t tell you is you’ll have to pay £18 to return it. That’s a complete rip off. Their customer service agents are rude and unhelpful. They just do not care about their customers. I sent my item back and I’ve been waiting for a refund for 4 weeks now, despite their website stating it will be refunded within 7 days. So where’s my refund Windsor? I’m never spending a single penny with them again!

This company is operating illegally. US consumer rights - The right to be informed: to be protected against fraudulent, deceitful, or grossly misleading information, advertising, labeling, or other practices, and to be given the facts needed to make informed choices. I ordered what I thought were size uk 5.5 shoes (prices were in £), but what came through were 5.5 US shoes which were the equivalent of size 3.5 uk, so way too small. Nowhere did it say these are uk, us or eu sizing, there was only a size conversion chart. So these were falsely advertised, Windsor refused to give me a free shipping label to return them when it was their fault the problem existed, telling me I would have to spend $18 to return them myself to get my £30 refund. Appalling. Never buy from this company.

Do not use this company, the quality of goods is poor, they refuse refunds and their customer service is appalling. Please do not spend money with this company.

I ordered a dress from this site and it was too big so I returned it hoping to get a smaller size however to my surprise, they said there's a charge of $20 to return. I ended up returning it annoyed at this scamand buying my dress from Shein instead which was sooo much nicer and they allowed returns for no charge. I checked my refund and Windsor deducted $20 plus wouldn't refund the taxes I paid so I'm put almoat $40 for a dress I just tried on and returned. Horrible customer experience. Do not order from this company, such a scam

Bought a dress for my sixth form leavers formal, was the perfect dress in photos. The material was cheap and 5 minutes before I went to leave both straps snapped off the dress and I had to resew them back on.

been shopping here for years. Apparently used a 30% off code which made the entire order FINAL SALE! Even on the merchandise that was defective and sizing was incorrect . They have LOST a long standing customer. A store credit at least should have been offered! Horrible customer service from what used to be a good company.

Sent the item back that I did ACTUALLY receive still not refunded for first missing item but now had to pay £18 to return an item that is faulty! And nearly two by weeks in no refund! What a surprise!!! AVOID!!!!!

Ordered my daughter a prom dress from Windsor on sun 12th May, The dress arrived today Fri 17th May, the dress is absolutely gorgeous true to size and picture on their website, like another reviewer on here I had read the reviews after I had ordered the dress but I needn't have worried, I would highly recommend Windsor, they've been a lifesaver

Do not buy online. Site is absolutely trash I purchased and item but something was off with the address. I tried to cancel it right after and there is no way to do so. Also the shipping takes forever as well. Every time I have ordered off their site it has been a nightmare and something always goes wrong.

Beautiful prom dresses, unfortunately, they sell all over Africa and small countries, but not Romania. I checked and they dont have Russia, Hungary or Bulgary either but they have Moldavia. This is so upsetting.

Had to pay £18 to send back 2 dresses from the Uk. The dresses didn’t look like the pictures online. Just feel like I’ve been scammed.

Currently rating 4 stars as definitely room for improvement. I ordered 3 dresses last week and was eligible for free shipping. Had no issues with arrival whatsoever, came within 4 days. The products, in my opinion, are exactly as they are online and not under or overpriced. I am keeping one of these dresses as it is absolutely gorgeous and the fit is perfect and is very well-made. I guess it depends on the dress style/type where some people may go wrong as sizing obviously can vary. Big HOWEVER, it is costing me £18 to return the two unwanted dresses which is ridiculous. I would happily have paid more for the dress I am keeping so it's not the end of the world but i would have been fuming if I got nothing from the order. We'll see if I have any issues with the refund so this rating is definitely still pending.

Placed an order and 0a8d $24 for expedited shipping. I received an email saying it shipped and even provided tracking info. Except they never actually shipped anything. Charged my card, said they shipped it but lied. Then I had to fight and argue to get a refund. Total scam! Plus they left my daughter without a dress for her spring formal and we now have to find a dress in one day. VERY unhappy with Windsor and will never shop there again. Stay away!!!

Very bad customer service. I asked an employee for assistance with getting a dress down. She asked me what size, I told her and pointed at the dress (so she knew and didn't have to look at the tags one by one for my size). She stopped what she was doing, turned her head, glared at me and said, "excuse me?" in a very agitated tone. I still don't understand what I did to deserve that response from her when I was merely trying to assist her in selecting the dress I needed. I looked at my friend who was right next to me watching this happen. My friend looked just as confused as me. I apologized but I still do not know what I did that was so wrong. I was just trying to help her find the dress and I was met with an awful tone and look of disgust.

Van de twee stukken die ik bestelde, heb ik er één - een overigens mooie jeans - teruggezonden, en enkel en alleen omdat de broek me niet stond. Zeer snel heeft Windsor het mij verschuldigde bedrag terugbetaald. Ik ben tevreden over zowel de kwaliteit van de kleding als over de service.

Sent the item back tracked, item arrived and they never refunded me.
Impossible to speak to a human.

They just keep telling me the refund will be processed soon. It’s been 2 months.
