Unfortunately, professing times are always excessively long. Every product I have purchased from Windsor has been noticeably low quality, especially for the price, thus I have had to return every piece. Customer service is never all that helpful or honest when you run into an issue, nor do you get that respect and kindness that is found with other businesses.
My local Windsor never seems carry my size, on the extremely rare occasion I find a piece that is my size, it's is not an appealing style.
I've found with my last 2 online purchases from the Windsor website, that everything about my entire experiences are just not worth the time, efforts, funds and, most of all, stress. Unfortunately I will no longer be doing business with the company due to those reasons. There's truly no upside, and nothing rewarding or building joyous expectations in any aspect of the company.
One example would be with this last order, where I had paid $19.95 extra for the express shipping option. My order arrived late despite that and I was refused a shipping refund, after being told it could be done.

I was afraid about to shop the shoes because I’ve read the reviews but I decided to have a go - we can’t judge a company just because of the bad review I found some good reviews. The shipped at the same day and they just delivered exactly after 7/8 working days as it was described in the website. The only thing that make me don’t give a 5 stars it’s because the return is away to expensive and the website doesn’t leave clear about the sizes, if they are the uk or us.

Terrible experience. Product arrived very late despite £10 delivery. Now I’d like to return the dress as it’s incredibly short, I have to pay £18 to do so. Do not buy from this company.

Takes forever to ship and receive - took 7 days for them to even process the order and ship out (website says 1-2 days to process and 3-6 in transit). Now 10 days after ordering still no package, looks like it is in limbo at a FedEx facility. Called FedEx they can’t help and Windsor needs to contact them. I contact Windsor and they say they don’t know - but it could deliver in the next 6 days. That is a total of 17 days from order. It should have taken 9 days max.

And they charge your credit card as soon as the item “ships” but that is not true. They charged me when they put a shipping label on the package on 10/26 and said it shipped. But it didn’t actually ship (get picked up by FedEx) until 12/3. Ridiculous. I am certain it is lost but they keep telling us to wait.

I was very nervous about ordering from here considering the reviews (I’m in the UK) but I found a dress I loved and decided to give it a go! I love the dress, I’ve only worn it for 10/15 mins (tried it on as my prom is in July!) but the quality seemed good and the fit is really nice, exactly how it looked in the photo. The delivery was good too, ordered on 23/11 dispatched on 25/11 and came on 5/12 and I got a notification from Evri as soon as they got it. Overall I’m really pleased and would say as long as you’re sure of the dress you want and don’t have to return it (as that seems to be difficult) your experience will be good

Scam... Scam... Scam! Do not order Express shipping with the highest charge from Windsor!! Do so at your own risk! I paid 25 extra dollars for next day shipping. They told me after the fact that I would have to wait two to three business days to process the order. Then another two days for them to ship Express. It was listed as next day shipping. When I called them I asked him if it was coming by UPS or FedEx. I was told it would be coming by the United States postal service. Everyone knows that USPS is snail mail, and if it was truly expressed I would have received my order days ago. My event is now coming up. I am now forced to have to go find a dress in person. Do not purchase from this company online unless you want to be screwed over with shipping. Also the reviews are all true! They tried to scam you out of your money when you try to return. You will not be refunded the money for the express shipping. So I'm out of $25 when I paid for Express. Also they're trying to charge me $20 to send the item back so now I'm having to come out of pocket and still have not received my money back. I placed my order 4 days ago, and I still have not received any tracking information. Mind you I paid for next day shipping for Express. Customer service agents are rude and unhelpful! They are condescending, and will tell you that it's your fault and that everything is stated on the website when it's not. It's missed information and false advertising by stating that you are purchasing next day, delivery when it could be further from the truth. They don't mention anything about the processing days that are done before and blame you!They are a scam scam scam! bI will never order from this company ever again!!!

I purchased some jewelry from Windsor the sales associate forgot to put a piece of jewelry in the bag. I then tried to contact the store, and I couldn’t I had to communicate with someone via text message. The service is horrible I will never shop there again. Four days later and there still asking me for things such as the last four of my card number. I remind you I also sent over a picture of my receipt.

They charge a lot for PISS POOR quality clothes. Please don’t spend your money on this. I’ve bought clothes from Walmart at a fraction of the cost that are FAR better quality than this. I’ve bought many articles of clothing here, and they ALL have ripped, zipper broke, strap came off, etc. A few years ago their quality was good, but now it’s atrocious!!! The clothes from this brand last around the same amount of time as those from Temu, but for like 6 times more of your money. Windsor has successfully killed their own brand by undercutting quality for more money. I implore you to set your money on fire before spending it with them.

The only reason they got one star is because 0 is not an option. We drove to the store for a dress. It was sold out in my daughter’s size. The employees did not offer to check around with other local stores or to order it for us. I went online and ordered, and we had to pay for shipping and the shipping was 5-8 days. This was risky as we needed the dress in 7. Well, the dance came and went and now, on day 8, the dress has still not even shipped. I contacted customer service and said keep it and issue a refund. They said that it is not considered late until 13 days after we ordered it. By the way, the return window is 14 days from the order date, and the nearest store is 40 minutes from me. They will not cancel the order, so I have to wait and see if the dress even shows up within the return window, lose what I paid for shipping, and drive 49 minutes after working two jobs to try to make it to a store to return. Disgusted does not begin to tell how I feel about this store. Horrible experience all around. Never do business with Windsor.

Horrible return policy that you have to pay $7.95 to return items. Return window is stupid short - less than a month. Will NEVER order from Windsor Fashions again. I feel ripped off!!

Let's start by saying my daughter loves the beautiful dresses at a decent price and that is the only reason I shop there. I went to the store in Annapolis and purchased a dress for a special occasion, got home my daughter put on the dress just to see the cashier didn't remove a security sensor smh but why didn't the sensor even go off when we walked out the store? I called the store and they said it was nothing we could do but bring it back, we didn't have time since we lived far away and the event was that evening, so my daughter wore the dress and had to cover up the dress with a sweater which was awful because the dress was beautiful. The store manager didn't even offer me a courtesy credit of any amount, it was just oh well sorry. Next experience I decided to go the online route and ordered a dress for my daughter's homecoming, I paid the extra fee that said delivery in 3-4 days. When I called to check on the status and why it was still saying "unfulfilled" I was told the order hadn't processed yet because the 3-4 days meant business days and not days, I said ok well it still should arrive by Friday because 3-4 business days would be Friday, I was told no because processing takes 2 business days then you add the 3-4 business days for shipping. So now my daughter won't have her dress for homecoming. So I said just cancel the order and I'll go to another store. They said since the order had already been sent to warehouse for processing, I couldn't cancel but I could just order another dress, pay for another dress and order it express 2 day shipping! So pay for two dresses and then return one of them smh never again, I will spend the extra money and go to a real store because this store is a joke.

I recently ordered 2 dresses and 1 pair of shoes. The shoes were great but the size was wrong and one dress didn’t fit properly so I also had to return and the return cost £18! The 2nd dress was really nice but broke within an hour of me wearing. Will not be ordering from here again.

My daughter ordered a dress and accidentally placed one wrong thing in the shipping address. Immediately tried to cancel and you cannot. Sorry you made a mistake there is no way to stop or change order once it has been made. So charged for dresses going someone else's house.

Purchased a dress for my daughter in the Windsor store and was told that unless I gave them my email no returns or exchanges would be possible. Now I’m getting daily emails and the unsubscribe button does not work, it only takes you to a page to sign up for the mailing list. The website provides guidance to use the unsubscribe link in email which does not work. Unscrupulous and irresponsible use of customer’s personal information.

Became obvious that the fashions were for a younger crowd however, nothing, nothing has enabled me to remove my subscription.
Receive up to 3-5 emails a day from them despite myt request to customer service for email removal.

Please avoid this company. I bought a dress for my daughter for various events she’s had at school and when we received it, it was not as she’d expected so I returned it. It cost £18.00 to return which they said would cover the cost back to the U.S, I couldn’t believe how much it cost but carried on with the return process. I returned at on the 12th June, they received it on 20th June and have only just given me a refund. I had to chase this 3 times via their support service but the worst thing of all I only received £32.15 back from a dress that cost £62.15. I queried this, they said I had encountered extra shipping fees. This is an absolute joke. I should have sold it on Vinted and got more. I will never ever buy from this company again. Absolute SCAMMERS. Who buys a dress and only gets back half the money?? I keep getting emails to ask how their customer service performed which adds insult to injury.

SCAM AVOID. £18 for return postage and not all items can be returned (even dresses)

If I could give a rating of 0, I would. I urge you to steer clear of this company as they are dishonest, a massive SCAM!!! After ordering a dress and not receiving my order, they have refused to refund my money.I strongly advise anyone to avoid doing any kind of business with Windsor Fashions.

Great dress for Prom good quality and fitted well. Would recommend.
