My experience was excellent from start to finish. The sales agent, Sam, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Talked through all options available and showed patience and a willingness to help when we hit a snag finalising the sale (no fault of his or the company). The surveyor, Rob, was really friendly. Absolutely knew his stuff and went above and beyond his job in helping me remove an unwanted item from my guttering that I couldn't reach. The install itself was great, though it was delayed I was kept updated throughout. The installers (I'm sorry guys I didn't take down your names) were great. Very respectful of my property, my dogs and the fact that I was working from home. They turned up bright and early and just cracked on with the job. Very impressed with the company and the service I received from everyone involved. I will definitely use them again

A replacement window was fitted in place of old existing.
The workmanship and communication has been great throughout, from initial discussions and ordering.
The team Graham and Paul were very courteous of the surroundings, they worked swiftly removing the old and fitting the new achieving a high standard of workmanship.
During the course of the order / installation we were kept up to date by Kim who very professionally followed the job through to completion, supplying myself with the warranty certificate which was great service.

Thrilled with my new front door, it looks great. The workers were clean, tidy and professional so much so I have now ordered a new back door.

All surveyors, workmen and assessors arrived at the stated times, all did a super job and all tidied up nicely.

Very professional company along with the rest of the installation team in delivering our en-suite bathroom modifications.
My wife and I were really pleased with the finished project and the ease of the process from the first visit from sales (Andrew Keegan) in helping with our choices and how those choices could be incorporated into a 3D model and of course keeping within our budget.
The customer service communications were excellent and they kept both my wife and I “up to speed” with deliveries and timings which helped enormously between the first visit and the build.
Last but not least the professionalism shown by the sub-contracted installation teams, DJR Home Solutions (installation), MWT Waste Ltd (Waste Removal) and finally LH Electrical Services (electrical works)

Sales person Ben very helpful, surveyed Rob knew his stuff, fitters John and Johnny very efficient, the finish in the rooms is excellent and Kim kept me up to date with all that was going on. Very happy with this company

You have a saleperson by the name of Ben, absolute asset to your company, smart, proffesional, knows his product and does not come across as the usual sales person, normally arragant, pushy and full of BS.
He arrived at 2.30 and left at 6.30 great personality no BS explained everthing to the wife, Happy wife happy life! thanks Ben

I had a bathroom fitted by Kitchen plus bathrooms the same company. Over priced poor quality fittings poor fitting and when complained the attitude of the staff and customer service was appalling. I regret not going with my gut feeling and cancelling after the sales man left.

The person who came to assess the work I wanted was very friendly and helpful and the surveyor explained everything and answered all my questions. The lads who came to fit the windows did a first class job and were very efficient and everything was seamless and they left my property clean and tidy. My new widows are very smart. Thank you Pennines windows.

I was disappointed to be turn down for credit to buy there product. I hope in the future I can get there product.

The builders turned up at 11am, worked their socks off, cleaned up after themselves, left at 2pm, the window fitters arrived 40minutes later. By 3.45pm they were all finished and cleaned up after themselves.
Very pleased with their work, both teams.

Had a quote of £7,000 for some windows and doors paid a deposit of 10% and paid the balance on the Friday as requested as it wasn’t showing in their account cancelled fitting! And postponed the job leaving a new farm shop exposed to the elements and thefts.
The company didn’t care they had the money disgusting

Absolutely Fab Quality windows and doors fitted by 2 absolutely great lads. Their workmanship was faultless from start to finish. The customer service team making frequent calls to see how everything going. Follow up calls after. Would highly recommend to anyone. Brilliant x

The full experience of having to change my beautiful wooden bay windows was quite daunting.
The salesperson was very polite and professional .
The surveyor was extremely particular and thorough
