I live in Norbury and my name is Rasik. I took few quotations from different companies for a window and a door in my garage. Of all quotations I decided to go ahead with City Windows.
I am glad I did this as the job was professionally done in a quick time by 2 fitters who were courteous and friendly. Once the job was done fitters left everything tidy and took away all rubbish.
Very happy as the job was professionally done.
Job done in February 2025. Very happy with it.
Office staff at City Windows in particular REENA very helpful, courtious and quick in answering my email. Reena helped in getting my 10 years guarantee certificate. Recently I had slight problem in shutting the door and she manged to send the Engineers straight away to sort out the problem.

We couldn't be happier with the new door Mitch fitted for us. The installation was absolutely spot on – the finish is immaculate, it fits perfectly, and it has completely transformed the look of our home.

Unfortunately, we had an issue with the lock due to a manufacturing fault, but this is where Mitch's professionalism really stood out. He came back multiple times without hesitation, kept us updated throughout, and made sure the problem was resolved properly. Nothing was ever too much trouble.

His communication was excellent from start to finish, he was always punctual, worked incredibly neatly, and clearly takes real pride in his work. It's rare to find someone so dedicated to making sure a customer is completely happy, even when the issue wasn't caused by their workmanship.

We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mitch to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and genuinely honest tradesman. Five stars all the way!

Mitch and Dan were fantastic, we dealt with them directly for the measure and quotation so felt confident as they were also installing. Installation was stress free and they were so tidy and respectful in our home. Great communication throughout too, highly recommended!

Quality windows installed by highly competent and friendly staff. Reduction in noise from surrounding area notable. Mechanisms smooth to operate and feel solid. Windows look good and have improved the overall look of the house. Excellent communication from 5 star throughout. Good customer service. We were kept up to date, details confirmed at each stage throughout. All staff were punctual. Installation team were neat and methodical. Would definitely use this company again.

Right from the start dan and mitch were professional easy to get along with And helpful.

Any questions I had they explained things to me so that I understood what they were going to do. Together we chose window frames and doors they made me feel that they were totally trustworthy And they were.

They did my entire house in two days, cleared up all the mess removed all the old window frames and I was able to continue living in my house , I barely noticed them they just got on with the job in an incredibly professional way. on the second day it rained so heavily but there were no complaints. They just carried on working and finished on time.

I had Window City come and quote for a new front door. Window City came to my house and physically measured, which I really appreciated. Window City explained their doors, styles, prices, and sizing. Helped me design the new front door within the budget I had, which was fantastic. They did not try to add costs like most companies. Window City advised the safest, most convenient door with style and helped me design my dream door. Customer service was brilliant, very happy.

Window City had a big job removing my very old door to replace with the new one and I expected lots of noise. I was extremely impressed as my office is situated in the room next to my front door and had minimal noise considering the work that was being carried out!

The overall outcome is outstanding, clean, tidy work, and fantastic quality. I haven't seen any front door with this amount of high standard, quality, and style before. I have had many comments, which I am not surprised about as it is beautiful! Thank you very much Window City, I am looking forward to future work with you. I highly recommend Windows City. Professional, reliable company with great knowledge.
We have a Victorian terrace and Mitch and the team gave really good advice when it came to the window becoming more challenging than originally anticipated. They were also really quick to resolve the problem, resulting in a great looking window for our daughters bedroom.

Mitch and Dan were both very friendly and professional. Very fair price quotes and great communication throughout the process.
There was a problem with one of the doors, from manufacturer, but the guys at Window City resolved it very professionally, with no issue at all. Very happy with doors. Thank you Window City, we have no problem at all in recommending Window City to friends and family and will definitely use their services again. Well done Window City!

We had window city round to quote and advise on windows and doors for our renovation. Both lads were excellent and couldn’t do enough in terms of helping us choose the best for our project. Installation was really efficient and everything was explained to us at the end. Within 2 weeks we received our certification. Would always use again and certainly recommend.
