Great value for money. It was easy to complete and the feedback was very useful. Would highly recommend it.

I bought the premium will service which included a check of the document. I found the online system very easy to use and there were information/help options in every screen to guide you through the options. I found the guidance notes very useful as they made me rethink one aspect of my will once I fully understood the implications. Once completed, my will was checked very quickly (within a day or two).
The service is also very convenient as I could complete the will in my own time without having to have an appointment with a solicitor.
One possible improvement to the service could be to have a guidance note upfront on key things to think about and information to have to hand before starting to complete the document. That said, it was easy to leave blanks to come back to later and to go in and out of the document. Perhaps there are too many options to easily guide people on what to consider up front.
If using the Which wills service, one thing to think about is where you are going to store your will. The Which service seems very good value compared to a solicitor, but a solicitor will probably store a will for you free of charge.

Its a little complicated and I cant see how to print it out to check it in detail. A second question about having another ~Executive got complicated.

Had been meaning to take up this great offer for sometime and finally got around to it. However, starting the document straight away was not convenient so I made the decision to come back to it when I had sufficient time. Unfortunately, I am unable to find a way to access the document even after following the instructions. I tried the online chat but they were unable to help me and I now have to contact a specific number of the Which? legal team to get help.

LPA template format easy to understand and use

Good price and a template that was easy to follow made this process much simpler than I expected. The cost doesn’t include registering the LPAs with the OPG but is still a great saving over using a solicitor to create the documents in the first place.
Initial feedback from the OPG when the LPA is posted to them can take weeks and the registration itself months so remember to factor this in.

Terrible service in my case. I paid for the will service with checking as extra. You complete the will yourself with no assistance which is fine, but on it being checked you get a very short reply in legal jargon telling you what you have done wrong but not where or how to remedy it, I asked for help only to get another short reply worse than the first that made no sense whatsover. Will template appears only fit for a very very basic will. I found the service very unhelpful and requested a full refund of which I got immediately with no questions asked!

This Will service is fantastic, as non savvy computer user I was reluctant to use this service, as unsure I would be able to proceed with any confidence, but decided to try. Every step of the way is fully explained, with all the relevant information given. You are guided through the whole process. Even my husband ( non computer user) was able to complete his Will, we chose the Mirror Wills. I was so pleased with myself I forgot to press the review button! After a few weeks I was worried what had happened to our Wills. I contacted Which, who immediately talked me through what to do, this was done with respect, without making me feel incompetent or foolish ( which I was)! Thank you so much Luke. We now have our Wills, witnessed & in a safe place. You are also given full information regarding witnesses etc. Thank you Which. Ps Very reasonable price

The service was effective and the responses were clear and timely. The reason for 4 vs 5 was I did not feel it was crystal clear that the cost did not include the payment for the LPA. I had actually created an LPA online but when I received the offer I thought it was a great service that would save money and have a review. It has actually ended up costing more. Most likely my error for not reading carefully but could be more specific in calling this out noting the is Which and they are known for being clear in language.

The people at Which Wills were very helpful notwithstanding my initial difficulty in getting to grips with the online method used. Once I’d sorted it out the process was very straightforward.

The online process was uncomplicated and gave very helpful advice where necessary. Making a Will can be a rather daunting process but 'Which' made it much less so.All in all good value for money!

My husband and I wanted mirror wills. Which had a very good value offer at the time. Forms were easy to fill in. We went for the Premium package for the security of having things checked and reviewed. We also had the wills printed and bound with this service, as well as being able to register them. Within a week, having had feedback, we received our wills and registered them. Such a good service, so prompt and we now have peace of mind, having them completed with ease.

I just needed a simple will as a single person. I did buy one of the packs you can use to do it yourself, and which no doubt would have done the job, but I wanted the security of knowing I had done it properly and that it would be checked. The process is very simple with clear explanatory notes for each question. There are ample opportunities to check what you have done as you go along. I paid for the review service which was reassuring though it took a bit longer than I was expecting. You receive comprehensive guidance on how to print and have the document witnessed and also details of how to store it with the Probate Service if you want to do that.
Overall it was a very clear and easy to use service and extremely good value for money, particularly as I bought it when Which? were doing 30% off! It was considerably cheaper, by a significant margin, than the price I was quoted by a solicitor.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service.

I wanted a simple will to clarify a previous one after my wife died. She had spent £350 on a will by a local solicitor that was delayed so long she no longer had the capacity to sign. The Which process was simple, speedy, and reasonably priced. Thank you.

Subscribed to Which legal advice - Wills and Probate. I've found the telephone advisory service invaluable whilst trying to sort out my late fathers estate and support an elderly (93) mother. Acting as an executor for the first time and trying to both find key documentation and identify the right course of action, then navigate the multiple processes I needed to work through has been interesting & challenging. I'm not sure what I would have done without Sarah's professional advice. Her detailed working knowledge, combined with her grounded, cheerful manner helped to steer me through the maze! Once she gave me a steer, I was capable of working through the details and finalising what I needed to do. It's been so reassuring to have a service I could contact, book a discussion slot and gain reassurance, advice and clarity. Unlike both my local solicitor and my parents old family solicitor who were basically disinterested to answer questions, sought total control and keen to bill at every opportunity. Thank you Sarah at Which I've now managed to work through the process without a parasitic legal firm. Clearly there will be times when a local solicitor may need to do all the work.... but not always!!

I used Which? for a will for my wife and I. The form was easy to fill in, we have 'mirror' wills.
Which? reviewed my form in good time and emailed documents back with some notes should I want to consider adding substitute executors.
They followed this up with instructions for printing and signing.
In all a very good service and reasonably priced.
