Great assistance! This company goes over and above the call of duty! They did an excellent job of addressing all of our concerns throughout the process of installing our vanities. Exceptional Customer Service
The front office and delivery team were excellent including Masha, Rain, and Daniel. After some minor damage was discovered on one of the original vanities I ordered, the team took care of it immediately. A replacement was received in 2 business days and looks great! The entire Willow Team delivered exceptional customer service taking great care not to damage my floors/walls, etc. The deliveries arrived on time and delivery workers were very polite as well. And best of all…the vanities look great!
