The most amazing customer service I've ever had- i riddled the rep with questions and the rep answered question after question offered insight and details to clarify every thing I needed to know. The rep went above and beyond by providing real time photos of products in the showroom so i could get a better perspective than the shots on the website. The rep offered different angles and options. I felt like they truly cared about helping me get the info I needed and as a result I feel more confident that I am doing business with willow bath. The products are beautiful and the sales rep are OUTSTANDING.

I initially rated Willow Bath and Vanity upon ordering my 80 inch vanity for my bathroom. The Customer Service was above and beyond, and I would definitely purchase from them again.

I’m offering a second review based on some issues we had getting our vanity top seated, upon delivery of the pallet with all of the vanity pieces in it. The vanity was delivered in perfect condition, and the delivery took place earlier than expected. My Contractor had a bit of trouble getting the quartz vanity top attached to the actual cabinet, so we contacted the warehouse crew who actually puts the vanities together if they are picked up after assembly. The warehouse crew made themselves available to us and gave my Contractor all the specifics he needed to address the issue. Because it took a couple of days for the warehouse crew to contact us back after our initial call, the individual working with us offered a discount for our time and trouble. In my humble opinion, there are very few companies today who offer Customer Service at a 12 out of 10! We just don’t see that much anymore, however, Willow Bath and Vanity go above and beyond and are absolutely the best. They will be my go-to if I need another vanity for one of my other two bathrooms in the future. Thank you so much to Olya and Alex, and Willow Bath and Vanity for everything!

Olea and Olga helped me today. I had many questions, and called numerous times. They never waivered in their kindness, patience, and professional knowledge. I had to match cabinet with countertop and floor for a professional decoration job. It was a pleasure having their assistance. Note that I have never purchased from Willow before, and still have to give a review regarding delivery, and merchandise quality/integrity…Stay tuned!
