Customer service was quick, responsive and helpful. Not sure why they want a defective sock returned with clear photo evidence of the quality issue but they are honoring their warranty as listed.

Great deal and very easy to us website, that is what makes shopping good for me. Love you guys!

Great compression socks I've worn them exclusively for the last 2 months giving them a proper test and they certainly hold up in both comfort and durability. However don't want to wear them out so I'm about to order more. Another plus is they come in two different colors so you're not stuck with that standard black color that screams compression sock. The price is better than competitive

Wish there was an option to mix sock types. I have been wearing willow ace socks for 3 yrs now and love them.

I had trouble with my order online and Sophia helped me with my order. She was very prompt with all messages and I was able to complete my order .
Thank you Sophia!

Website was easy to navigate. Selections were clearly described. Good user experience. It was nice to find out that shipping was included.

Fast delivery

I was about nine dollars short for free shipping so shipping was nine dollars but there's nothing to buy for that price. Then an offer came up for 1499 to buy another pair of socks which would've only been five dollars more than the shipping but the first part of the order was already processed and there was no way to add the two together so I did feel kind of stung on that

The online platform was very easy to understand and move through. Step by step instruction is user friendly and timely. I hope the product is as satisfying.

It was easy to order....now, let's see how easy it is to receive my purchase. And, how I like the socks!

The pictures and info were easy to use.

I thought I was getting the buy 2 get 2 free automatically when I hit the button but it appears that I needed to add 3 pairs and didn’t so with shipping I am going to pay about $40 for one pair. That is almost a bit crazy and I will need to find other alpaca sock blends that are more reasonable

Id tell you the socks are good.. instead knowing better, I regret having to proclaim my feet have been blessed and I will never disrespect my feet other than going on adventures and having fun in the sand type modes..

The website was easy to order from and the socks are quality product

Was less expensive than Hallow as stated. Free shipping GREAT. My only concern was Wide Width which initially came up when sizing but not shown on order summary. I trust that was offered? And accepted. Your compsny saved me money. Your website was a breeze to use. Can't wait to get product.

I ordered 4 pair of ankle socks because it was buy 2 get 2 free. Great price for the great quality of socks. It's my 2nd time buying them. They are very confortable.

I have had these socks for awhile and they are by far my favorites. I had to get stocked up for winter. The buy 2 get 2 free was too good to pass up. LOVE THESE SOCKS!
