When going to check out I bought 2 to get 2 free, total 59 dollars. Then a pop up says spend $9,02 to save $9.99 shipping charges. Then pop up says save 50% so I add 1 more pair. Then my order total is $74.85. Which still included shipping $9.99. Very misleading to get you to spend more. I have had this to happen with other sock sellers also.

Shopping was simple, and efficient. Checkout was fast as well. No issues at all.

Great prices compared to the same product you can get from its competitors.

Easy, and correct size needed.

Wears out in a couple months. On the 2nd round of paying for shipping cost of defective product. Company will replace but after the 2nd round thought they would give a better offer.

Second time ordering. First pairs were ordered late 2023. They lasted a good amount of time before I was seeing the heels wear. Let's hope your quality continues. I've noticed manufacturers quality from the past such as Mac Weldon plummet. Just stay consistent please.

Nice sale going on and it was easy to order

Nope. My phone auto correct and put in the wrong address. Problem number one and not their fault. There’s then no option to correct that which is understandable usually you have to cancel and reorder. That’s most places. However there’s also no option to cancel. I paid for extra shipping for this to go to the wrong address that now can’t be canceled and no way to contact except through the website that is so glitchy it won’t even send the message. Cool. Love it. Heard good things about the socks but feels like just another big company with a classic sucks to suck, we got your money have a good day kind of vibe. Pended to my account reeeal quick.

Willowace are my favorite socks. They fit perfect and wear better than other premium socks. Plus their price is reasonable.

Easy to navigate website. I already have some boot socks and crew socks and that are great. Feet are dry and even though they are version of wool socks are very comfortable to wear and even in hot weather I haven’t found them to be overly hot to wear. They are warmer than a cotton pair but like I said before when you take them off your foot is dry.

Sent back socks that were defective (hole on the top) paying for shipping. Willow Ace never looked at the socks, claimed the warehouse never told them and claimed it was damaged, would only give me store credit and have to pay for shipping. Thanks but no thanks. Worst customer service and honestly not that great of a socks.

In reading the offers available, I misunderstood what to do. Got ahold of them, they made it happen for me and that locked me into a lifetime customer. Service is what makes me feel that I made the right choice. Thank you. ⁶
