Easy transaction and good selection. Price was right!

For the 1st. Time here so far so good. Website was very easy to use, price was good. Never had this style before and hope it keeps me and my daughters feet warm this year.
Thank you Jack

There was a problem with an order. I sent one email and the problem was fixed right away. Great customer service.

Great socks good warranty and best of all good customer service. Fast shipping and great deals multiple times a year. Been buy and wearing for years now and honestly never had a single issue.

The website was fine, but there wasn't a lot of choices like I expected... Also, in addition about 2 months ago I went to your site to buy socks and they said they were sold out and they would let me know where they were back at stock. I never received any notification that they were back in stock. Even though I bought the today, i'm a bit confused... I really needed those socks for our hunting season here at New York State. We're almost at the end of our bow season. And i'm just ordering my socks now... I really could have used those socks right now. And for the last three weeks, for that, i am disappointed..... A bit more, follow up.Follow through with customer service. Then I think you'll be all set..

I ordered two pair of compression socks for a total of over 40 dollars with shipping. I only received one pair. What went wrong?

The price is good with payment plan if you need it

Price was perfect and the ease of using your site.

Easy website to understand and to order. I ordered my first pairs 10 months ago and like the quality.

Quick easy and reasonable … at least in comparison to other alpaca companies

Fast and easy

$40.00 plus for one pair of socks. Come on.

Notified me when item was back in stock, and my saved order information was correct and easy to use

Easy instructions 2 buy 2 pairs get 2 pairs free.
Repeat customer prefilled out everything and one button press check out. These socks are great based on past purchase. Thickest Alpaca socks ever

Came to the site a few days back looking for winter socks. They were out of stock, I asked to notify me when they are back in stock. That happened today, I clicked, ordered and was on my way. Just a pleasant experience overall.

Very easy.changing out my Moreno wool with these baby’s.

Easy to order good quality product!!! Only wish you would offer discounts to medic, fire, police and Military. I’m sure sales would rise tremendously with that offer. ID Me or GOVX are two sites you could list if you did.
Thanks

I purchased the ankle socks back in the spring and absolutely are the most comfortable sock I have outside all put on my foot and after being outside all day, I take my shoes off. My feet are dry. Love these socks.

The site wouldn't allow me to buy 2 get 2 free unless all 4 are the same color. I wanted 2 black and 2 gray. Seems ridiculous to me.

Edit: just to add on...3 weeks and they haven't even shipped the socks yet. I like the previous pairs I received but this is terrible service. Probably be the last I order and will not recommend. Honestly the first time I have ever written a review for a product but I am genuinely irritated.
