I don’t know what else to say only that I am truly disappointed at your decision. You remove my country from your shipping list. I ordered for more than 5 year and even more. Spend a lot of money on your website. This is how you lost your long time customer.

I've been using their casings ever since 2022. And I've been keep coming back whenever i change my phone. Their cases are super cute and durable. Me personally is a very clumsy person, and I had my phone drop many times while using the WildFlower cases - and it had saved my phone many times!! <333 Their customers service is superb and super friendly too!!

Wildflower cases are seriously my tried and true. I always come back to them despite trying other cases because I know wildflower has the most amazing quality cases with the cutest prints, and the prices are SO affordable. I returned one of the cases I had recently bought for nearly 60 dollars because it was NOT protective or good quality, and when I got refunded, I immediately bought two new wildflower cases for the price of ONE from the other brand. Thank you so much for being such a great female lead company! So excited for my order!!

i love wildflower cases more than anything!! they’re such good quality and they have the cutest designs. i’ve had 3 new phones and everytime i need a new case i head straight over to wildflower! i DEFINITELY recommend if you want a cute case with amazing quality

I originally ordered 2 cases from Wildflower and unfortunately one was out of stock. I was working with Kassie and she was very helpful and friendly with that situation. I eventually got the second case I had ordered and it wasn’t what I was expecting and she was very helpful in helping out with that and sending a return label!

Cases are great! They always are willing to help and answer any question. Overall a great team!

I have been using Wildflower Cases for many years and, in my many experiences, the customer service has always been excellent! Recently, I had some issues with my reward points not appearing on my account, and they resolved my issue efficiently.

I had an issue regarding the new points system and customer service responded to me + rectified the issue for me within a day! I’m a long time customer and I really appreciate their service <3

Scammers. I ordered a case and when there was an issue with the delivery it got returned to sender. I asked them to send it again and they kept taking weeks to respond and repeatedly asking me the same questions. Eventually they never did resend it. This is exactly why you don’t buy whatever these dimwit influencers with their half a brain promote

The customer service was phenomenal! I had an issue with the shipping address on my order and the customer service team was so kind and attentive is fixing it immediately and getting me my order.

Wildflower has nothing but the best people. My case had not arrived and they were so sweet to send another, but sadly they did not have the case available. They were sweet enough to offer me another case of my liking. Amazing costumer service!

I had an incorrect link for the tracking number all tho the tracking number was correct I contacted the support team and they helped fix the problem immediately!I really appreciate their help.thank you

My daughter loves the design of the Wildflower cases for her new iphone 15 Pro. We accidentally ordered the regular 15 case and they worked with me to return this case ordered by accident and I reordered the one we needed which my daughter proudly displays and shares with her friends!

I love my case and accessories! I had a piece of one of my accessories fall off within the warranty time period. I reached out to customer service and Jackelin was great with helping me get a replacement. 10/10 recommend!!

Wildflower is amazing! I have been purchasing their cases for years, which are adorable, protective and well made. I get so many compliments. Recently I had my phone stolen two days after I bought a new Wildflower case. When I told WF the story about what happened, they gave me a discount code to replace my order which was so sweet and then personally thanked me for re ordering! They have super sweet and responsive customer service. 10/10 recommend.

They helped me with signing it really quickly when I was unable to on the app, and they were very patient with me.
