Wilco skips…Don't bother - very misleading
Sent an email today about Wilco skips which was completely misleading. Tried to book & although showed available in my area to book on a Saturday it was not & despite having to put my postcode in for availability and a price, the price quoted was nowhere near what was stated on their website. Complete waste of time as I can get the same size much cheaper elsewhere.

I ordered a 5 seater rattan garden set costing £209 and was told it was being delivered on Thursday 30/05/2024
Unfortunately parcelforce only delivered 1 of 2 packages. I have chased wilco to find out where my order is and was told on 01/06/2024 that they would let me know in 48 hours what is happening. 50 hours later and still no response. I will never order from wilco again and now I've got a battle on to get a refund

I would love to give no stars at all. This is not Wilko how you remember them this must be a rip off company who some how have purchased the name. Ordered four garden chairs nearly four months ago. One had a fault but still useable so I accepted a partial refund. The partial refunded was not offered by Wilko but by the chairs suppliers because Wilko just kept blaming the suppliers so I contacted them direct. They agreed to contact Wilko and informed them that they were happy for a partial refund so that they did not have to collect the one damaged chair. Wilko have actually confirmed that the refund has been agreed but even after three whatsapp chats where firstly they stated that the refund had been made (It hadn’t) and then a few weeks later admitted that it hadn’t due to a system error but promised it would be made but surprise, surprise it hasn’t. DO NOT BUY from this company they are cheats with awful customer service. Over 20 emails and the same in WhatsApp chats. False promises all the time.
Don't trust this company with your money
I don't know what this company is but they have a Wilco website with none of the great customer service associated with them. Second picture frame arrived damaged so I've given up but getting a refund is so difficult.
Ordered a metal shed
Ordered a metal shed, only half of it arrived, tried every which way to contact customer service, they flat out refuse to deal with it, just send automated replies asking for info already given! I am now going through the process of a payment dispute with my debit card issuer. Absolutely diabolical non existent support !! Will never use again.
Absolutely disgusting
Absolutely disgusting. They are happy to accept your money but when a refund is needed one shall never get it.
Purchased some bedding from them arrived late direct from supplier Zendesk who are diabolical, you should read up there reviews.
I have fought for weeks but no return messages so i have now thrown the towel in. I hope to sell on the item i purchased.
I paid for the item through clearpay. I would stay away from them also.

I moved to Selby nearly 3 years ago, and the Wilco here have very pleasant & helpful staff- so I guess we are lucky, I certainly hope that it won't be one of the stores to be closed.

Avoid Wilco
Phoned this morning to ask if someone could look at the hardwiring for my dash cam as it had stopped working. Very polite gentleman asked me to pop in and he’d have a look. On arrival was met by two extremely rude individuals who insinuated I was a liar and no one had said that. Then the gentleman I had spoken to appeared and was very polite but was unable to help. One of the rude individuals shouted charge him £20, which he didn’t. Won’t be going there again. Incidentally one of the men also said they don’t do Dashcams whilst standing in front of a sign that stated ‘Dashcams Installed!!’

I thought my order was lost in transit!! When I googled the number they called me on three times it came up as Aldi Customer Services. Now I don’t know if they are scammers.
I ordered online and my order didn’t arrive as promised. I contacted them on their contact form and had no reply. Their promise is I will be contacted within 24 hours. This hasn’t happened. There isn’t a telephone number to call to find out why just an online contact form. It is so frustrating as I can’t afford to lose money.
Rubbish online service
So bought a ladder from Wilco - they messed up and service was poor. I wrote a review and they refused to publish it. Censorship. This is the review. Will not use them again as it’s difficult to contact anyone and they take a long time to reply.
Excellent ladder poor service from Wilco. The wrong ladder was delivered TWICE! To be fair, this was the fault of Werner as it direct shipped from them. I raised an issue with Wilco but they took so long to reply that I went direct to Wernerco who were great at replying but unfortunately shipped the same incorrect replacement. Wilco finally replied after it was all sorted. The only way to contact Wilco was via their web form and no other methods I could see. Unacceptable for this kind of issue. Ladder is fabulous though - light but sturdy with a really handy tool platform. We have 2.8m ceilings and this is the perfect size to do anything around the house. I can retire my existing really good but bulky and heavy ladder to the shed and keep this under the stairs for every day use (yes I do a lot of DIY!)

I will definitely use them again and as there's a local Wilco I'll pop in. Definitely an addition to my Favourites list.
