I was very disappointed with my order of worms, they were very limp & weak having very little life in them. I held them in my hand to warm up, but they didn’t improve in there movement or vitality. I have bout worms from tackle shops that feel much stronger and with much more movement before, these worms are feeble in comparison. I have given two stars and not one as they were delivered quickly.

Highly recomend, very fast dispatch and delivery. Very good customer service, messaged to ask a question and got a response right away.

I’ve ordered a few times from Wiggly Wigglers and never had an issue, but on my last order, the bokashi bran turned mouldy within a couple of months despite being stored in a cool dry place. Emailed them to make them aware and they immediately replied with a resolution, sent a replacement bag FOC and advised how to use the old bag (add to compost) so it didn’t go to waste. Really impressed by their proactive attitude and polite customer service. Thanks very much.

Very Poor experience. The product was not even packaged with an outer layer of protective card. The box arrived damaged, ripped, faded, sellotaped in a hap hazard manner with brown tape and looked like it had been sitting on a dirty shelf for sometime. The new style wormery is of inferior thin plastic. Although it looks good in its design, the base does not adequately support the weight and I suspect this will warp and eventually break in a short period of time. Excessive, large gaps between base and tray meant that almost all of the worms escaped in the first few days. Customer service is poor. You cannot speak to any person and when the issue was raised by email and online, pro forma replies are sent, the majority implying that I had done something wrong ( I have been successfully composting worms for over 10 years !) Returns policy is poor - you have to pay for return postage of this large item even though the product is clearly faulty. I tried very hard to work with Lower Blakemore Farm to find resolution, draining my time and energy. After numerous attempts, trying to navigate unhelpful replies and facing road block after road block I have decided just to give up. The wormery package is not cheap and the money paid has been wasted. Very disappointing and most unpleasant.

A very easy app to navigate. Also full of helpful advice and tips with tons of information. I purchased some items from their great on-line catalogue ( also wiggly wigglers can mail you one). Very fast delivery service with regular tracking updates. Items arrived in good packaging within a couple of days. Will definitely be using them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I would have liked to have placed a regular order, (I use 1kg a fortnight of meal-worms) but could not find a phone number. I'm afraid this is a definite no-no for me. Shame.

Fast delivery (including their efforts to put it right immediately when Royal Mail lost the parcel), packed well, recyclable materials and lots of healthy, good sized mealworms. The birds loved them.

After two years of seeing very few worms in our soil, I have great hopes that these impressive pink and brown worms will make a huge difference. They arrived the day after I placed the order, well packaged, and I like the fact the bag can be returned for reuse.

I don’t eat suet berry nibbles myself, but my collard doves love them.
