Good response time and Job done
Good response time, I just wanted the problem solved. I had used EERO for my outhouse but was only getting 30/40 MB, Guys installed Wifi Access Point to the outhouse now we are getting 300 MB. Just wanted someone do it for me for peace of mind. Steven was a top lad.

Did not address my concerns despite high charges
I had various issues with my Wifi. I was charged over £200 for them coming to visit and then they didn't address my main concerns. Then they gave me a huge quote for something that I can actually address with my wifi provider. Not happy that they charged so much to provide a useless quote.
Don't contact WiFi Heros until you have spoken to your own provider first - and be aware of their excessive charges.

We sincerely apologize if this aspect of our process wasn't clear, leading to any confusion.
For larger properties, like your 3000 sq ft space, certain situations might require more extensive measures, such as implementing hardwiring and professional-grade access points from Ubiquiti. Our intention was to create a robust solution to ensure seamless coverage across your entire property. We understand cost is a factor and apologize if our quote did not meet your expectations. We believe we could have found middle ground solution if we would have received direct feedback at the time.
In the future, we recommend reaching out to your WiFi provider before seeking external assistance, as they might be able to address some issues directly. We also appreciate your feedback about our charges, and we'll take this into account as we continually refine our pricing structure.

Heroic wifi
Really happy with our new wifi network and the installing engineers were good dudes. Everything very neat and tidy. Not cheap but you get what you pay for, and a great investment.
Bit of misunderstanding about the amount of cabling required, but all sorted out in the end, and so far the network operating as promised with speeds and coverage we'd only dreamed of before. Kudos!

I’m glad I found WiFI Heroe.
I’m glad I found WiFI Heroes. Samuel explained my options. I looked at other providers and found one cheaper but WiFiHeroes guarantee their work so I booked in for the following week. Matt was on time and extremely thorough. We walked through what he was going to do and he just got on with it, running a neat cable around the house and down the garden. He also tidied up after himself, which I really appreciated. At the end, Matt talked me through what he had done and we tested the speed in the garden office. Strong and steady. Very impressed - I’m happy to recommend.

WiFI Heros were absolutely superb from start to finish. From the first call with Samuel my options and advice was very clearly explained. The booking and scheduling was also quick and very professional.
Ash visited for the work at my home and he was outstanding. Again, polite, professional and the job was completed and tested in no time.
A great team who I'd have no hesitation in working with again.
