All went to plan, arrived at agreed time, sorted a complex, at least I thought it was complex, arrangement combining 3 separate WiFi networks into one, bringing to life 2 dead cameras plus several other devices. Patience and determination figured in the visit, Matt was not going to be defeated! Very pleased customer.

Had connection issue with WiFi that had been installed by WiFi Heroes. They arranged an appointment immediately and Matt the engineer came at the time arranged having confirmed his attendance 30 minutes before arriving. He diagnosed and resolved the problem (a chewed cable) within minutes. He also did a full refresh of the system. Matt was very professional, courteous and efficient. Excellent service.

Wifi Heros and Matt in particular were excellent yesterday. I have had issues getting Wi-Fi in my garden room - with a succession of people trying to get right. Matt did it straight away and also helped set up sky q mini box and checked all other sources etc - brilliant from him and Wi-Fi Heros

Would happily recommend WiFi heroes - they diagnoss the issue quickly and Ash came out to install my new disk. He was super friendly, took time to explain the tech, and there was no mess or fuss. Wish I'd done it sooner! Thanks guys!

I read the good reviews about WiFi Heroes so contacted them to connect our external garage to the internet. Matt came over and within 3 hours had wired cabling from our house over the roof, then under the lawn and around the back of the hedge along our flowerbed to the garage. All done with the minimal of fuss. I would highly recommend WiFi Heroes, if only we’d found them a year ago.

I had been liasing with gentleman named samuel and pointed me in the right direction and they got me booked in within the same week. Great experience using wifi heros! I have a smart charger for my car which was getting poor wifi signal due to it being far away, wifi heros suggested installing a wifi disc which has worked very well. Ash did a very neat job and was very patient in setting up the smart charger and getting it working via the app. Will happily recommend! Thanks wifi heros and thanks Ash!
