I have used WhyPay for a Church Service…
I have used WhyPay for a Church Service and a Bible Study and both events have gone smoothly and enabled all who wished to be involved to do so. The announcements were clear and everyone could be heard during the events.

Setting up WhyPay
Setting up WhyPay was quick and easy to do.
Sharing how to use WhyPay with people who had never used telephone conferencing was also easy to do.
Everyone found it easy to use. We set a timer for just under an hour, so that we could end the call and keep the call free of charge. (The people had free calls for an hour on their phone packages) We then dialled in again, to carry on with our discussion.
All are wanting to use this facility again!

A great facility
The facility has only been used once so far on Thursday 21st January. Access was provided to some 15 people who all managed to reach the program.
It was subsequently reported on by half a dozen of us with exclamations such as 'wasn't it brilliant - better than Zoom or at least a pleasant change from Zoom and more relaxing. During the hour long presentation my wife was able to provide coffee and biscuits and to sit back and enjoy it.
We are now looking to see whether there is support in our group for using the facility in the future. Indications are that we will want to continue to do so.
What would help is to know how the feature is financed.

Have no fear - our revenue model is robust - even though we don't charge our users (unless you opt for a paid plan).
And don't worry about the quote, "if it's free, you're the product." It's simply not the case with WHYPAY? We would •never• sell customer data.
Our business is supported principally by a tiny wholesale rebate paid to us on each 03 minute we handle - even though most users now have 03 minutes bundled with their fixed and mobile contracts and if they don't, they're still charged at standard (01, 02 number) rates.

Was a good connection
Was a good connection, speedy setup, line went quite but not sure if this was to do with multiple people with differing connections. All in all a good experience and it being free is great when you need to get something moving quickly

First time user
I was very sceptical about using Whypay for a conversation with a group of ladies who have not been together for nearly a year. I expected it to be reminiscent of the Tower of Babel,everyone talking at once, but they were respectful of each other and listened to each other, perhaps more than they would have face to face. We hope to repeat again next week and incorporate a short church service and I am going to introduce to my other groups, now I know it works! Thank you

So easy to use
So easy to use. I have a weekly catch up with 6 80-90 year olds. They find it easy to access the room and love talking to each other.
