Had yet another great time whilst staying at Puerto Chico.
Friendly staff, easy check in and no fuss.
Ideal location for everything we need.
Villa was clean and had everything in it that we needed.
Will be back again

Lovely appartment, great location

We stayed at Puerto Chico on advice from friends and we were not disappointed.
Our apartment, number 3, was lovely with everything we needed. Check in was easy and friendly. We didn’t need any help while we were there but it was good to know someone was available if needed.
The pool was warm and quite often we were the only people using it. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained. The location couldn’t be better but it is still quiet.
In fact we enjoyed our holiday so much we have booked for next year.
The only slight criticism, although this is just personal taste, is that the bed in the master bedroom is too small.

Plenty of good restaurants to choose from and great beach at playa dorado 15/20 minutes walk

We have been customers of White Beach for 13 years and have enjoyed every moment in the Puerto Chico complex. The staff are so very helpful, settling us in and dealing with any problems we had ( not very often that we have a problem).
The complex is managed very well, this includes the lovely gardens and ground maintenance also the swimming pool.

White Beach are very fortunate to have such a dedicated staff in the office to ensure the smooth running of the business.

Our bungalow was prepared for our arrival , good communication gave us easy access to property.A well managed complex ,carefully maintained and quiet. Gardens are lovely.
Location and views just brilliant. Will return for more Playa Blanca sun.

Playa Flamingo is a lovely place for a wonderful and relaxing holiday. The properties we have stayed in have been ideal and the help from Liz at Whitebeach Offices has always been prompt and caring.
We have booked with Whitebeach Holidays now for several years and never been disappointed with their service. Flamingo bars and the beach are places to chill and watch the world go by.

Unfortunately we were unable to stay in the Chico area and stayed in Casa Morgana. This property is not a patch on Chico area. Because its in a residential area you have to contend with barking dogs, residents carrying our diy and screaming children not just from residents but from the aqua park near by. Peace and quiet is not an option. Apart from that, enjoyed our stay. The host was brilliant, thank you Louise.

Bungalow Flamingo 62 nicht zu empfehlen; schmutzig; Ausstattung zum Teil veraltet; Reinigung oberflächlich, eigentlich nur Wäschewechsel; Wasserschaden im Schlafzimmer sehr unangenehm, da ständig der Putz rieselte; leider auch sehr kalt, da keine Klimaanlage; Bungalow müßte für den Preis dringend überholt werden; Es war bereits der 3. Urlaub in der Anlage, davon zwei mal mit unbefriedigenden Bungalows, so dass wir dort nicht mehr buchen werden.

Been going to Puerto chico for 15 years such a wonderful experience. Feel comfortable and at ease from the moment you arrive. The whitebeam team are brilliant and very helpful. The gated private complex is great and the beautifully maintained garden ares are a picture. So pleasant to stay and we will definitely be back before the end of the year

My husband and I have rented No.2 Jardin del Sol in Playa Blanca for two weeks from 1st February. Jardin del Sol is a very nice, well kept complex

However, the accommodation we rented is barely fit for purpose, the roof leaks in 2 places, loose and dangerous plug sockets, the 2 ring hob has no numbers so we have to guess the temperature, the kettle broke, a kitchen cupboard drawer fell off and others are ill-fitting, patio door curtains dont fit, one shabby, grubby unconfortable sofa to sit on, plaster flaking and falling off the outside walls, patio door water ingress, one patio chair provided with two flimsy folding chairs. We have reported all the above to the local agent office. Natalie was very helpful and did her best to help, she replaced the kettle immediately and sent a maintenance chap round to fix the loose plug socket and light switch. He also replaced the drawer front but it's falling off again.

Unfortunately, we still have 4 days of our holiday left to endure living in this property.

This property is not worth the money we paid to rent it. It is in dire need of a complete refurbishment and should not be available for rent until the work has been carried out.

Please note: the one star is for the property, not White Beech Holidays who are very good.

Another excellent holiday in Puerto Chico, Playa Blanca. The bungalow was spotless, well equipped and with wonderful views.
The White Beach office staff were very helpful and they sort out any minor problems immediately.
Looking forward to returning in January 2024

Another lovely stay in Puerto Chico. Lovely position and everything close by. The team behind the scenes make feel welcome and secure. Already booked again.

Arrived on 30/12/22 at Puerto Chico apts, we have walked past many times but this was our first time staying. We had booked a four bedroom up and downstairs apt and as there were only 4 of us (2 adults/2 teenagers) we had plenty of space (2 others were supposed to come with us but other circumstances meant they couldnt. Positives were that the apt was clean and fresh and had all the ammenities incl washing machine, dishwasher and outside bbq area. There were also plenty of sun loungers and tables and chairs for outdoor seating. A welcome pack included a bottle of fizz, dishwasher tablets, clothes, dish towels, tea/coffee some water and long life milk. We have stayed in the area before so knew about the nearby spar and the bigger supermarket about 10-15 mins walk away. The kitchen area has recently been updated as had the upsatirs bathroom and the other bathrooms/shower rooms were clean and fresh. Although the apt was close to the main road all the rooms faced towards the sea and didnt hear much traffic noise and the upper floor had access to a balcony. We had an issue with the wifi and was quickly rectified when reported. only concern was that the apt had no smoke alarms which was a concern. Overall a fantastic holiday in a great property with a superb location.

You can’t beat the frontline location of Playa Flamingo 2BIS. Having the key safe meant we could just walk down to the beach and swim without having to take anything with us. Outside shower was great to have. Kitchen well equipped- not that we used it due to several restaurants within 50- 100m. Ate at the Chinese every night! 2 Supermarkets right by the restaurants with everything you’d possibly need - plus stuff you don’t need but buy anyway! Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms are modern and very nice. Welcome pack was ideal. Booking arrangements easy. Would definitely book again.

Absolutely brilliant in everyway, will be back next year.

Firstly the bookimg with White Beach Holidays was very simple and straight forward. On arrival again all easy given the key and directed to your villa to find a nice welcome pack to get you started. The villa has every thing you need my villa was a little tired and dark inside Villa R, my friends were in Q which clearly had been more recently renovated and overall a nicer set up.
But all that said the secure site is perfectly placed to enjoy all that Playa Blanca can offer.

We’ve stayed 4 times now, and the properties are always up to date, spic & span. The standard of the residences in always, first class. The complex is always well maintained & kept upgraded for Safety & the visitors holidays. The on-site staff always go above and beyond to ensure you are welcome, providing support and assistance. Always a pleasure to return, as we will be doing, again.”
