I desperately needed a new airbag vest for the weekend. Ordered 1 from a big named shop that let me down and didn't have my size after taking my thousand pound promises next day delivery.

Then, by chance I found your shop online. Quick call to check you had a vest in my size (which no other company in the uk has).

I ordered the vest that day at 11am and the parcel arrived before 1pm the next day. Amazing.

They keeped me informed with a tracking number. Everything what great.

Could not fault your service. From the nice lady on the phone to the company used for delivery.

Went to Wheels site as we had seen the bike I wanted (GSX S125) on Autotrader. Met Joe who was very professional and helpful, no hard sell. The bike colour we wanted was not in stock but Joe said if we put a deposit he would get one in. A week later he had the bike, we paid for delivery to home address, which was done on a Saturday at convenient time. All in all an easy process.

What a great experience. Went in for a test ride, ended up buying the demo bike. Everything was so easy and hassle free. Joe Scott was very helpful and got me the deal I wanted. I would definitely recommend these guys if your in the market for a new bike.

Always been sceptical of online dealing especially for such an expensive motorbike . Such a simple process from very fair trade in and fantastic new bike price delivery within a week to Scotland . Terrible customer service! Once a bike is sold to you they have no interest in any aftercare service at all. Purchased a new bike which arrived with lots of faults and they did not want to help/rectify what so ever. AVOID!

Had a price for my z1000r edition 2020 early in the year February £8000. Mathew framton was a very helpful guy and said once we look at it we will confirm.
Took a ride up yesterday I saw Joe wow this guy tried ripping me off and generating funds for the company. Not happy at all as a bike mate recommended him. He said my bike was now worth £6500 and would fail the Mot if I changed the disc it would be £7000. The bike has had a Mot and its in great condition. When pulsing is felt through brakes it’s a matter of cleaning the bobbings pulsing stops I’ve had it before. The bikes MOT April. I’m not going to explain any more but what a shower just don’t insault peoples intelligence. These are signs of a desperate salesman tactics. Stay away.

Absolutely shocking company. I part exchanged my bike and was owed some money on top. When they got the bike they said that they needed the V5 and the will hold back my £350 deposit until they have got a new V5. They ignore your emails are are breaching my statutory rights as they are illegally holding back monies owed to me.

Will is the guy I was dealing with, complete incompetent individual and ignores your requests. If I don’t get it back soon I will be taking legal action
