Westminster Outdoor Living Anmeldelser

Justyna was brilliant at helping us choose the right garden furniture for our patio. Knowledgable and not too pushy sales team with a great white glove delivery service, thank you.

Mark and Nathan delivered our parasol and assembled it. They were very helpful and showed us how to use it. They also helped us move some garden furniture!
They were knowledgeable and very friendly.

Always an act of faith buying furniture online without seeing it......but in this instance I was delighted with the quality and value of the Hawaii set received today. Service from the company ans been accessible, freiendly and helpful. Thank you Ria.
Highly recommend

We received our sofa today purchased from the East Grinstead store. We are delighted with the quality of the sofa and the great delivery service. They set up the sofa, took away all the boxes and were very pleasant. Thank you Sean and Nathan.

Mark and Paul were very professional, helpful & efficient in their delivery and assembling our new furniture. They gave me a very detailed demonstration before tidying up behind them. Excellent service.

Excellent service from start to finish - bought from Guildford branch over the phone and obtained a better deal than online with significant first time purchase discount. Timely delivery and friendly and efficient customer service from Sean and Nathan to set up the umbrella. Very happy with the cantilever umbrella so far.

Excellent quality and service. No

Fast delivery and friendly, helpful service from SEAN and NATHAN at Westminster Outdoor Living.

Excellent service from Westminster, Fiona in the East Grinstead store was incredibly helpful, furniture was ordered and delivered next day and the white glove delivery from Sean and Nathan was outstanding. Happy to recommend

Thanks to Sean for delivering our new garden table. It was really heavy and awkward to get round the house but he did it brilliantly.

Table looks great and goes brilliantly with the rest of our garden set we already have and love!!

Punctual, friendly delivery from Sean

Over the last few years we have bought a lot of Westminster Outdoor furniture from the East Grinstead Store. (Chill Sofas, Loungers, Parasols, Tables, Solar lanterns) - It's all very stylish, great quality and we are absolutely delighted with it. The company always provides a very professional and friendly service - from the Sales/After care (Thanks Sue and Fiona) to the delivery of the furniture (Thanks Sean and Mark).

Sam in the showroom couldn't have helped us more than she did. Mark and Sean did a stellar job delivering, assembling, placing and taking away all waste. Couldn't have been more thorough or professional and we are over the moon with the furniture which looks even better in situ. Heartfelt thank you to all of the Westminster Outdoor Living team.

Good delivery from Paul and Stewart and furniture looks great so far.

Sean and Stuart were very professional, on time , friendly. Could not fault them.

Also Fiona in the showroom was very helpful and gave us good advice.
Efficient company all round

Our first purchase from this company and it certainly won’t be the last. Amazing customer service from Sam in the Guildford showroom and also from Sean and Mark who delivered the furniture on time and with care and attention. A superb shopping experience from start to finish.

Had our new garden table and chairs delivered yesterday morning as planned by the two delivery guys Paul and Stewart. They were on time and turned up wearing white gloves with a friendly smile. They were excellent ambassadors for the company unloading and assembling the table and chairs.

Mark and Nigel were charming and very helpful. Would definitely use this company again.

Great experience all round..showroom staff were excellent (Sam in Guildford) and the delivery team (Paul Stewart) were also great. Most importantly very happy with the product! thanks all
