Western Container Sales and delivery experience
Western Container and Sales was very responsive and helpful with every step of my purchase requiring 2 new specialty matching Conex boxes to be placed near new construction. The delivery was prompt and professional. The boxes were placed as directed and my Credit Card was not charged until the delivery day. Every representative I worked with was helpful and thanks to the notes that Jenny left for delivery everything went smoothly and according to schedule.

Thanks for your order, and we're happy to hear you had a positive experience. One point of clarification, we do require payment in advance of delivery (but perhaps that your credit card was in a pending payment status for a few days, or something of that nature). We appreciate your business and we're happy to hear our hauler partner provided a high level of professionalism at delivery as well.
Very Good All Around!
Much interactive help from the office and then a very nice, capable delivery driver. Thanks!

Worked thru weather delays
Container delivered to grassy lot. They had to reschedule several times due to rain. Will was helpful, checking the weather forecast for our area. When we finally got a dry day, delivery guy worked us in and delivered at 9:30 at night as heavy rain was forecasted next day. He also helped place railroad ties to put container on. That was above and beyond. Container is exactly as described: Weather tight, Doors open and latch properly. (As promised, it’s kind of ugly, but totally functional) Definite 5 star service from Western Container!!

This was a fairly smooth experience
This was a fairly smooth experience. The problem I have is that they say it takes 2-3 days to get a release and then 15 days to pickup but when I purchased mine I got a release email instantly and then that email said I only had 10 days to get my containers. I ordered earlier than I needed them thinking I would have to wait to get them but then I had to completely change my plans because the timing I was expecting was not right. The folks at West Gulf were great and pickup was smooth.

Pita… plain and simple
Pita… plain and simple. Container is extremely rough looking inside and out. Is it wind and water tight? Time will tell but the whole process was harder than buying a house. If you have to deal with fraud, good luck. He doesn't return phone calls and you play email tag with him. I think it is very unprofessional. They did end up working with me after they read this review. They ended up refunding me some money for the container.

We're very sorry that your order required secondary review and the delivery was delayed, but more so we apologize that our communication was lacking in that process and we compounded the problem. We appreciate you taking some time to discuss the issues with your order on the phone recently. Please know that we're working to address them internally. Apologies again for an experience that was below our normal service standard.
While we did offer a partial refund due to the extreme circumstances of this order, we did not make the refund contingent on updating this review and initiated it ten days ago (prior to this review being updated).
We apologize again for a service experience that was not up to our normal standards as well as for the communication issues with your order.
Excellent..

Bent Door!!!
One of the doors on my shipping container has a bent hindge so it makes the door really hard to close especially since I am a 5'2"... 110 lb woman. Not cool at all. The one door swings just fine and the other door is bent to crap. I'm not happy especially paying as much as we did and having to wait so long. 😕

We're sorry to hear about the issue with your door, that's definitely not how the container should have been delivered. Apologies also for the delivery being delayed a day from the scheduled delivery date due to an issue with the hauler (which probably made it even more frustrating to have an issue on a container that was delivered late).
We reached out to you to work to resolve the issue, but it sounds like you may have already resolved the problem with the bent locking rod on one of the doors. Please feel free to reach out to our office directly if there's anything else we can do to help make it right. Thanks for your business and we hope the container is working out well otherwise.

Great company, great experience.
My family have bought containers before for storage and other construction related concerns. This was the easiest process I've found to date. The price was affordable. Delivery was fast. If all of their deliveries were made by the quality of gentleman named Tye that they had sent, the world would be a better place. I needed the container dropped within six inches of center and he dropped it clean, first try. He also showed up early to beat Dallas traffic (like 6 in the morning) all according to the delivery instructions I gave. The customer service was top notch. I had an issue with a door not closing properly. Customer service immediately connected me with a knowledgable tech and the issue was fixed within ten minutes. Only company I'll use from now on.
