The teacher pension is a minefield but Chloe was great at explaining all the elements of my pension. From the emails prior, to the meeting we had to discuss my options, Chloe was fantastic and answered many of my questions as we went along. Having e mailed Andrew Thompson Advice Service Consultant after receiving a letter from him regarding my policy his response was quick and kindly written i explained in my e mail that i have issues on the phone as i am hearing impaired and he was very understanding to that matter, and even gave me an email address for me to contact in an arrear he was not able to assist.
