I found the process to be efficient and easy. I followed a link online and was called by a member of the Team who discussed my needs and then booked an appointment with Satish, who is a Teaching Pensions specialist. Satish was friendly and easy to talk to. He had lots of knowledge and was able to explain things to me clearly and simply.He went through my Personal statement and was able to inform me how the complicated system works as I am part of two different schemes: Final salary and Career average salary. I felt much more confident after speaking to him and understood much more. I would highly recommend this service. I had a free online appointment.

I was nervous about the initial meeting (conducted online) because I felt I wouldn't understand the jargon. They were very patient while I explained my concerns and immediately I was put at ease. I was able to ask questions which were answered and explained in simple terms. A few days later I remembered something I forgot to ask during our initial appointment, so I emailed them. The same day I received a prompt reply. They were very professional and courteous.

Ranveer Khatkar was our mortgage broker for our recent house purchase. From start to finish we were impressed by her professionalism, expertise, and responsiveness. She was a true asset to aide with our purchase and took a lot of the pressure off of us as first time buyers. We had a more complex mortgage situation and she led and guided us through the whole process and unlocked better deals than we were able to find ourselves. Overall would strongly recommend.
