Samantha Reilly-Walling was excellent from start to finish, going through our options and going into the right level of detail. She worked to make sure our deal went through in time given the rates were due to increase the following day and even when there were issues with the system processing payment, did not give up to make sure we secured the rate!

Previously, a few years ago, I had a quote which was way off the mark for me so I was a bit wary, but this time was very different. Had a pre planned phone call to discuss Home Insurance with Chris Ibbitson of Wesleyan Financial Services. From the outset the call was friendly, positive and professional. The facts were presented in a straightforward manner and any queries were dealt with immediately and professionally. It quickly took my money but then told me there was a problem and I needed to contact them by telephone. I have been trying to contact them numerous times, only to hear the operators are to busy to deal with my call

Attending the free Wesleyan seminar is something that I would recommend to anyone looking to understand their teachers' pension, especially if they are considering retirement or early retirement. Andrew Bloxsome fronted the session and then I followed that up with a further group session that he was offering those who were considering retirement.
