It was a long process but Sean was really helpful. Different issues came up at different points and as I threw them at him, he tackled each one in a professional and timely manner. He was great to work with and I really appreciated his help and demeanor.

Great service from Mira

I had an issue with getting some personal account information updated, but Mira still reached out to me, even after I was able to fix the problem myself (it was operator error). I really appreciated her help.

Sean was very polite and helpful. I was able to find the solutions to our problems and answers to my questions thanks to Sean.

We received outstanding customer service from Mira, who tracked down an unrecognized charge. She responded within a day of the original request asking for further information. With that she was able to pinpoint the charge within another day. Considering the charge was over two years old and from a small goFundme effort, the service was extraordinary.

I was very pleased with the service of Mira at WePay in helping me to confirm the nature of a payment that I was not sure of. Thanks for the quick response.

My experience:
Made a donation to a child’s fund taiser.
Did not recognize, or forgot 8sing WePay.
Clicked the support email link & answered the questions
I got a prompt reply with the info on the charge.

I trust and would use the service again.

We pay is not a safe and secure way to use as a payment process, Please be super cautious about these people. they just have hidden behind the computer and they do not have phone support and takes forever to respond to your email. They even punished you by $15 when there is a chargeback, the funny part you will lose your merchandise shipping fee + $15 even with a tracking number and proof of delivery from USPS which was signed from the receiver. not recommended to use at all. Please be super cautious when you have to use this service.

We are grateful and impressed with the excellent customer service we received from Mira, Senior Customer Delight Agent for We Pay. I recently inquired about an unrecognized charge on our credit card statement from January 2019, over a year ago. Mira responded immediately with all the information we needed. The charge was valid and our minds were put to rest.
