Poor from the beginning. No communication from the day I ordered the bed. Called them 3 weeks later and ha d to chase for a delivery date. Agreed on the 12th and would be told a time. Got told a time late on the 11th. 7-9pm.

9 pm come and no communication again. Called the driver and the WhatsApp’s number. Was told they spoke to a lady and said she agreed a later time. I was the only one dealing with the bed. Basically lied. The bed was finally delivered 10.15pm after I got through to them and complained.

The bed it self is really poorly made. Brackets are loose on the ottoman part of the bed. Fixings are broken on the headboard. The base has holes in and is basically broken. Would not recommend this company at all.

I can highly recommend We Make Beds. We ordered a fabulous TV bed. Quality is excellent and the customer service goes above and beyond. Thank you also for a wonderful fast delivery service.

Had a bed delivered last week, I received an automated email through to confirm my order and then messaged to enquire regarding delivery and received a quick response to this. I had a phone call on the day of delivery to confirm when they would be with me which I thought was great. Customer service was good too, the gentleman delivering the bed was extremely helpful and polite. We assembled the bed too and are so pleased with the comfort and quality. Great experience.

Bed arrived quick and is great quality! There was a slight mishap with the mattress as there was a very small rip (delivery man did this) the company apologised and sent a new one immediately which is fantastic… always a sign of a great company “when things go wrong they are corrected quickly and hassle free’ thank you 🙏🏻

After reading various reviews and viewing pictures of previously delivered beds, I had some initial reservations, but I can confidently recommend these beds now that I've received ours. We absolutely love it!

One thing to note is that the color turned out to be darker than I had anticipated, which is something I’ll take responsibility for—not the company. In hindsight, ordering samples would have been a wise decision.

I did encounter some challenges reaching the company, attempting to contact them four times before finally getting through on my fourth try. While their communication may require some improvement, I sincerely believe that the quality and beauty of the beds outweigh these issues. Overall, I highly recommend their products.

When I searched reviews I was really concerned because I thought a lot of them looked fake. I saw a few lower rated reviews and assumed these could be the only correct ones and began to worry. After my purchase I got a confirmation email, the website does say it can take I think 14 working days for the bed to be made and delivered so I kept that in mind. The website also has a WhatsApp contact button so when I was becoming a bit concerned I messaged WhatsApp. I got a reply to say I’d get an update soon. I did get an update pretty soon after on WhatsApp letting me know the delivery would be the next day and giving me a slot of 3pm - 7pm. It went past 7pm and I got a bit concerned, again I just contacted the WhatsApp and I got a good response within 30 mins, and each time I chased for an update I got one. The delivery was slightly late and they apologised for that which I felt was fair and reasonable at the end of the day when they’re carrying beds up flights of stairs all day delays are bound to happen. The lads that delivered and assembled had clearly been working so hard and continued to work super hard lugging the bed I clearly measured incorrectly up the stairs and through our narrow landing and into the bedroom. The assembly was super quick and the bed is sturdy and well put together ( I even did the classic jump on it). There’s no damage to walls or furniture or the bed or anything. I saw a few reviews saying the bed was poor quality but in my opinion I’m quite happy with what I got. I got a massive headboard, a bed that was highly raised at king size all with a lovely nice luxurious new mattress for £2k, I’m sorry but that’s a bargain. These types of beds are usually £5k plus. Oh and that included delivery and assembly! I did order an end drawer and received a gas lift, saw someone moan about this previously but actually looking at the bed 1) I don’t think it’s actually possible to get the drawer on it if you want the tv bit at the end and 2) they did me a damn favour because I didn’t consider measurements against the wall so if I did get a drawer I wouldn’t have been able to pull it out LOL. I was really impressed not only with the communication but also with the delivery lads and how hard working they are. Thank you very very much! Would definitely use them again. Can confirm this review is real and I’ll post some pics of my bedroom with the bed in if it’ll let me. You can see it isn’t a staged bedroom bc our lights haven’t been hung yet and the packing from the bed is literally on the floor lol (we also have no curtains hahaha)
