Ich kann mich den allgemeinen Bewertungen nur anschließen, es wird mit fragwürdigen Methoden gearbeitet. Man bekommt Artikel die man nicht bestellt
hat und das Geld dafür wird einfach über Einzugsermächtigung abgebucht obwohl es hierfür keine Erlaubnis gab. Deshalb kann ich nur absolut negativ urteilen.

On 15th June 2025 I ordered a knee-brace for £23.94. The website provided no opportunity to see and authorise the final order. I then discovered the website had changed my order to include six additional knee-braces at a further £58.99 for a total of £82.93. I immediately emailed them to correct this error but was told (by a bot) the order was correct and I would have to wait until the complete order arrived when I could go through their refund procedure. Which on their website is completely opaque. This is the worst kind of hard-sell hustle. I will never go near them again.

Sadly, I was recommended this company by my sister, so didn't check them out first. They are total scammers. Their payment page is very dodgy, purposefully misleading, and I ended up with items in my basket with no idea how they got there. I went from thinking I was buying £18 worth of stuff, to being conned out of £63. I immediately cancelled my order, they sent it out anyway, and unless you pay the return postage to the USA, there is nothing you can do about it.

I ordered 1 knee brace on April 29. The order confirmation was for 7 knee braces and I was charged for them. I submitted a cancellation request immediately, within ONE HOUR. I was informed that they had already shipped and I must wait until they arrived and return them. I received the shipping confirmation and tracking number 5 DAYS later on May 4. I have emailed them and submitted cancellation and refund requests numerous times. As of June 17, 7 WEEKS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER FOR ONE BRACE, none of them have arrived. They refuse repeatedly to refund, even though I didn't order 7, was charged for 7, and have received none. They are offering to reship them and I could then return them at my own expense. Obviously, I have declined the reshipment as I never wanted 7, did not order them, and no longer need or want the 1 that I ordered. Truly a scam.

Habe mir Knieschoner bestellt, ausserversehen nochmal die Bestellung angeklickt. Plötzlich kam ein anderer Preis...Mit PayPal bezahlt...habe schnell denen eine Mail geschickt, um Stornierung der letzten Bestellung und Rückbuchung per Paypal....Keine Reaktion ...nur diese automatische Antwort....Finger weg von diesen Unternehmen!!! Da habe ich von einer anderen Firma aus China mehr Kundenfreundlichkeit und Kulanz bekommen...

Helpt totaal niets. Heb nog steeds dezelfde klachten. Website is veelbelovend maar helaas , niet voor mij.
Om maar niet over het bedrag te hebben voor langdurig gebruik.
M.i. beter je geld voor wat anders gebruiken.

I have contested with credit card company.

Like other reviews on this site I placed a small order which was increased and added to without my permission. Failed to implement my immediate cancellation request. This site is a scam and should be avoided at all costs...you have been warned!

Deceptive ordering system- they add items not requested & charge for them.
I tried to amend within minutes of conf. Showing error. No replies from emails to customer service requesting amendment cost of post return to US costly -conclude it’s just an illusion to create trust. I believe this business has no integrity and hides behind a web site designed to exploit Don’t trust them.

I ordered what was supposed to be the brace for $25 as advertised on Facebook. It invoiced me for $92 by adding things I did not order. Tried to cancel within minutes, but told it was already packed and shipped. Would not allow cancelation. I emailed them, and tried to call them. They send nice emails back, but send me elsewhere. Still waiting on the shipment, and will attempt to return the item as soon as received. Recommend NOBODY use this company. It's definitely a scam. Its awful they treat people this way, and are still allowed to do business.

Ordered One pack of knee patches and find they’ve charged me for FIVE = £57+

The website is pretty but be VERY CAREFUL.

Wellnee figured out how to submit an order thru PayPal without displaying an invoice and without going thru the PayPal “Submit Payment” protocol. As you TRY to exit they offer additional deals which are pre selected — this is important because they have turned on a switch that allows them to add items to your order without you selecting them.

After trying to find my way out of this mess I exited the web page thinking it was a scam and, because I had not gone thru the PayPal protocol. I figured I was safe — WRONG!!!! Very shortly I got the invoice with additional items I did NOT try to order - actually, it turns out it was 3 submissions to PayPal.

The website says to submit a request to cancel before the item ships - I did so within 12 minutes of receiving the email invoice. I got a confirmation that I had submitted a request. The next day, today I got an email saying that the item had shipped and the order could not be canceled.

Proceed at your own risk!

for another 4, tried to contact the company to change or cancel the order whithin minutes without luck,
emailed them, no reply. The brace is ok but not worth the money plus i am stuck with 4

Habe 10 Pflaster bestellt für 22,90 Euro, bestätigt wurden 10 Plaster plus 4 Patches (40 Pflaster) für 39,80
Euro, gesamt 62,90 E. Habe sofort nach Eingang die 40 Plaster als "nicht bestellt" zurückgewiesen. Antwort: "Ihre Bestellung wird bereits bearbeitet und versandfertig gemacht". Wirkung des Pflasters: Null!

This is a scam company and a scam product. When you order an upsell page pops up several times and when you say you don’t want the extras it automatically charges you the extras anyway. The knee sleeve itself is useless. Far too small. Doesn’t offer any support. Don’t buy!!!!

You order one product for less than £20 and the manipulative web site turns it into an order for about £80 without any direct input from the consumer, even if you act quickly you cannot halt the process. Subsequent emails arrive touting 'special offers' but as soon as you open them it seems to generate further unwanted purchases. I am sure the unwanted goods will probably turn up but at a hefty price. They advertise heavily on You Tube and I cannot understand why You Tube have not rumbled them. I use the same text like the guy wrote above: I had the same experience! It is a criminal company! Never order something from their website!

Pure oplichting!
Ander product gekregen wat ik niet besteld had. Merkte binnen 2 uur dat ze wat anders, kniepleisters, gingen leveren. Binnen 2 uur direct gereclameerd, maar het was al verzonden…. Na heel veel heen en weer gemaild (in engels of duits) pleisters bezorgd. Terugsturen moet naar Amerika. Hun aanbod van 40% van het bedrag uitkeren en pleisters houden maar gedaan. Zijn nu €40 kwijt! Uitbetaling van 40% ging wel vlug.
Blijft PURE OPLICHTING!!

Wat er misging??
Alles wat maar mis kon gaan.
Het bestelde niet gekregen en het niet bestelde gekregen.
Reageren helpt niet,want je krijgt geen reactie.
Intussen heeft klarna het hele bedrag afgeboekt.
Retourneren is op eigen kosten(€55 Amerika)
Gewoon een oplichtersbende van de bovenste plank.
