Improveable in several respects
First, the price is much too high. Tiny bottle with a fluid that, in my case, doesn`t do anything.
Ordered 1 bottle and ended up with an unwanted shipping protection of $5.99. This should be a choice and not automatically added up.
The delivery time is up to 2 weeks.
If payment was made through PayPal, be sure to go to your account and cancel recurring payments. This is another thing which keeps me away.
Your agent is not welcome, just like another bottle of your product.
Inappropriate behaviour could change my review in a negative way.

The Customer Service was EXCELLENT!!
The Customer Service was EXCELLENT!!! They answered within minutes of the initial email. The duplicate order was cancelled and refund initiated within an hour. They responded with a couple of follow-up emails to make sure I was satisfied. This is how customer service should be run. OUTSTANDING JOB!!!

I tried to order 2 products on a special deal .. but somehow ended up with over £150 worth of stuff I didn’t want or order. Cancelled the whole order immediately as I couldn’t afford that.
