I think Rebecca who does my cleaning is fabulous. She’s quick efficient and I feel very safe leaving her with access to my home.

Excellent service from the company and the individual cleaner Rebecca. Highly recommended.

Extremely high quality service both professional and excellent standard of work.

I have used Well Polished since early this year. I have always been really pleased with the service I've received. The cleaners i've met have all been so wonderful they work so hard and are so thorough in there cleaning.
Sally is prompt in communicating any information or changes. She is so understanding, professional and works so hard to ensure everything runs smoothly for the customer. I have been so impressed with the experience I have received from Sally and Well Polished. Thank you so very much.

I HAD A DEEP CLEAN THAT WAS ACCOMMODATED AT SHORT NOTICE, WHICH HELPED SO MUCH.
NATASHA WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CLEANED EVERYTHING ON MY LIST AND STAYED A LITTLE LONGER UNTIL OUR HOME WAS COMPLETELY BLITZED. WHAT I APPRECIATED A LOT WAS THE MINDFULNESS MANDY AND NATASHA HAVE SHOWN ME WITH MY ADDITIONAL NEEDS, WITH THE EXTRA HELP TO CLARIFY MY REQUESTS. VERY KIND WITH THE EXTRA HELP TO EXPLAIN THE PROCESS.
I DEFFINATLY RECOMEND THIS COMPANY

We have been using Well Polished for over two years now. For a variety of reasons we have used several cleaners, who have all been excellent. Charlotte and Karen go out of their way to be helpful and resourceful.

Keeley, gave our place the sparkle it needed, very thorough and did a fantastic job... professional and timely as promised.... we'll definitely be needing this service again and would highly recommend WP... Thank you Keeley.

Ordered a deep clean of our house, Paid £50 upfront and was told the cleaner would cost £16 per hour and she would bring everything. I explained when booking the clean that my wife is disabled and carers are visiting every day and the house needs to have a full clean excluding the upstairs bedrooms. They offered 5 hours which i agreed to.

The cleaner turned up without a single product to clean anything and left after 3 hours. Pointless her even turning up, i now need to find a cleaner to do the job properly, she has not even touched the downstairs front room where my wife is, the most important room!! Very unhappy Well Polished, seriously annoyed. The price was unimportant, i would have paid anything i needed a thorough clean for my wife and for the carers visiting our home and we got the worst, i ordered a deep clean, this is in no way a deep clean, she has used my hoover to hover the stairs until the battery died and mopped a floor, i am so upset and wish i had phoned anyone but Well Polished, i now have tasked my mum to find a competent cleaner to do what should have been done today.

Well Polished in Leeds has been fab. Great communication, really pleasant people and lovely clean home. Thank you!

We've recently signed up and it was such an easy experience with clear and helpful information and communication throughout. Our cleaner, Sam, is wonderful - thoroughly professional and definitely willing to go that extra mile to ensure that our house is spotless. Best decision we have ever made!

Well Polished service has been seamless, from finding us a wonderful cleaner, arranging a deep clean when we moved and then going out of their way to support with a new brilliant cleaner in our new area - they’ve been so helpful!

Had my first clean today with Bethaine.
Really happy with her service.
Every so polite and got straight on with the job.
Would definitely book again 😀

I have had such a lovely experience with this company, they are very accommodating and friendly, making sure my needs were catered to even when plans change. The cleaners are reliable and trustworthy. I will definitely use them in the future.

Lindsey and her team are brilliant been using them for years now and totally satisfied with her cleaning services

Great service from making my first enquiry to coming home to a spotless house.
Needed a one off clean due to being busy and not having the chance to do things like skirting boards, kitchen cupboards etc.
Amie provided an excellent service and found someone to do the job with little notice.
Hazel arrived at the agreed time and what a friendly lady. I had no issues leaving her in my home to get the job done.
Came home to a sparkling house. Hazel had done all the tasks I asked her to do and more !!!
Highly recommend this company

Awful experience with this company. The business model is a con, pay £34 a month 'admin fee' and then pay the cleaner £13.50 p/h directly. I had 5 cleaners in 5 months and only 1 of those was really up to scratch (but was flakey), clearly they are not being paid enough (or are not sufficiently trained/vetted) to do a decent job/stick around. I felt as though they were doing the bare minimum and were begrudging towards the company.
The manager Pauline doesn't know what is going on, whether her cleaners turn up, what the scheduled hours are, etc. so I have no idea what the monthly fee is paying for. On a number of occasions the cleaners cancelled/cut their time short but you still have to pay the same monthly fee so the hourly cleaning rate turns out to be quite costly.
The only reason I continued with the company for 5 months is because I had a newborn and didn't have the headspace to leave.
When I finally called it a day, the manager Pauline was dismissive and rude and didn't respond to my last messages trying to find out when my last contractual payment would be, even though I was very polite about my bad experience and reasons for leaving. Don't put yourself through the stress with this company, go elsewhere!!

Was vacating my flat to move to ventures new and found this company via google after using previous firms with varying results. I found the initial communication excellent and the prices quoted very competitive.
A week before the clean I was notified of the expected time of arrival as well as the cleaners names who would be there.
On the day Claire and Jane were prompt, well presented and did an excellent job, leaving no stone unturned so to speak.
Would highly recommend and if ever back in the UK would use the services again without hesitation

Sharon from Well Polished has been absolutely fantastic! She’s incredibly thorough, reliable, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is spotless. Every visit, my home looks and feels so fresh — it’s clear she takes real pride in her work. Sharon is also friendly, professional, and always on time, which makes the whole experience effortless. I couldn’t recommend her more highly — a true credit to Well Polished!

Jonathan found us a fabulous cleaner within hours. After having unreliable cleaners it’s a relief to have someone good that is reliable. The house sparkles and smells amazing after she’s been , such a treat to come into after a busy day at work . Highly recommend!

Great Value, friendly owner and a wonderful cleaner (Mary) - Highly recommended for high quality cleaning and high quality service.
