Unreliable and I would not recommend
I arranged for this company to provide a cleaning service for my elderly parents who live in northern ireland. The manager Ms Magee spent almost two hours with my parents arranging the contract, unfortunately when my parents requested some assistance from her she did not respond. My parents experience has been disappointing. On only the second visit the cleaner didn't turn up at the allocated time and after waiting in for approximately an hour the cleaner had still not arrived. When my parents rang the manager ms magee, she text to say she would call and then never did. It's important to know a company and it's employees especially those providing a service to elderly parents are reliable and honest. I would not recommend this company to anyone especially those who are vulnerable.,

Surbiton branch. In less than 6 months we had around as many or more different cleaners. Only one was really good but decided to leave, the rest were from decent to bad. There were very frequent last minute cancellations and replacements. The agency was communicating in advance, but can't really trust this type of service. I need a regular cleaner. I finally cancelled and still waiting for my refund. I wouldn't recommend it unfortunately

We completely understand that consistency and reliability are important when arranging a regular cleaning service. As our cleaners are self-employed, their availability and personal circumstances can sometimes change unexpectedly.
While we always endeavour to arrange suitable replacements promptly and keep our clients informed, we appreciate that having several different cleaners is not the experience you had hoped for.

Absolutely appalling service
Absolutely appalling service. Cleaner was good at her job but showed up a handful of times over a period of months. Every week was a different excuse. The company did zero management of the situation. Eventually we cancelled the service and have yet to receive the refund that was agreed for the advance payment. We now have a lovely, reliable cleaner we found ourselves. Would never recommend this service to anyone.

I've been working with Time for You…
I've been working with Time for You Blackburn with Darwen for about six months now, and it's been brilliant from the start! Nick and Naomi are fantastic to work with. Unlike other companies I’ve tried in the past, they actually have plenty of steady work for me and there’s more if I want it! The hours are flexibile and I can work around school. As a self-employed cleaner it’s great having them find clients for me. Also if I ever need time off, they sort out cover for my clients. On top of that their communication is fantastic. They are supportive, reassuring, and always on the other side of the phone when I need them :)
