Peter and Sarah came in to visit the care home today they were both great and their jobs and lively with the residents

I live in Canada and my mum is in a 24 hour care facility. I was advised by Gary at your company that mum was getting a check up with a recommendation for new eyeware. I reviewed from here and was in touch with Gary who did a first class job as I wanted to know if my 95 year mother would be entitled to any form of Pension Credit. Gary went out of his way to provide addtional infomation which I will follow. Thank you for the Customer Care and excellent service.

Fantastic service from a very friendly team. Very considerate of the needs of each individual seen today. Time and effort was spent to ensure the residents were relaxed and without distress. Ensuring all the residents were re directed to their wings safely.

The staff at Connect Eyecare made the process of testing my eyes not only easy but also turned it into an informative experience in a way that was easy to understand in a relaxed atmosphere.
I require glasses for near & distance & staff were very helpful in choosing frames to suit my colouring & face shape, both sets of glasses ready in a couple of days.
A great result all round 😎

Absolutely amazing service from this company today. My 97year old mother’s spectacles were broken accidentally in her Care Home. I phoned to ask if a repair could be done. I sent pictures and the assistant Morgan advised a replacement frame was required. She offered to deliver it to the Care Home that night but also allowed me to collect in person. Staff here are courteous and kind and even offered me a hot drink while I waited for the lenses to be swapped into the replacement frame. Congratulations to all the staff in this business, they deserve more than 5 stars.

Excellent service. Sarah came to visit my dad in his care home to help him get new glasses. She was lovely and polite and spoke to my dad in a very person centred way. She ensured he understood and was happy with his choice. He was very happy with her approach and service.

Connect Eyecare have recently started looking after the residents at my mothers care home Buchanan Court in Harrow. I have to say their service is absolutely outstanding. My mother had eye test in her care home - very professionally performed and I was kept informed at all stages. Glasses have now been fitted and she is delighted. A small thing was having her name engraved inside the frames - while only a small detail it is something that is particularly useful in a care home environment
