The. Company’s very professional from the beginning giving the quotes to the very end- the driver was very professional as well. He drove us from Salamanca Spain to Madrid.

Private Tour in Brest France
From my first contact with Nicolas at Welcome taxi until the day of our private excursion this company was extremely responsive and what above and beyond to meet our very unique requests. The driver /guide that was arranged by Welcome Taxi arrived early and was very accommodating and professional. I highly recommend this company.

The experience was great
The experience was great! Nicolas communicated in a clear and efficient way when planning the trip, and Kristina (local agency contact) was super helpful during the trip - she kept in contact with all the drivers (we had 3 in total, starting in Tashkent/Uzbekistan, driving to the border with Tajikistan, then border to Uzbekistan again, ending the trip in Samarkand :-)). Thank you for a great service!

Amazing Experience!
Our driver was amazing! He notified us the day before the trip of his name and the time he would pick us up. He helped us load all our luggages into the car and we had a great conversation. He was fluent in English and even prepared cold waters and popular chocolate for the trip. He drove safely and got us to our destination in time. I definitely recommend this service!

Great service, comfortable vehicles
We used Weclome Taxi for our travel during a recent trip to Italy. We were traveling with a large group of 10 so it was economical for us to pool our money for private transportation.
Our driver was Francesco. He was a great communicator before arrival and upon arrival. Very responsive via text. Speaks multiple languages so very easy to communicate with. Very safe drivers and comfortable vehicles. Highly recommended. Private travel may be a little more expensive than traveling by train, but for the comfort and space for luggage, it's well worth the extra money.

Expensive for what you get
Vans were on time waiting for us.
One of the Vans was too small only for 4 people. Fortunately on member of my family did not joined us. But we were able to manage with the other two vans.
I know that we were in Germany but they were all speeding too much and on the constantly using the mobile. I ask to please stop speeding on my return and they did it. We had to do one extra hour because the service at the restaurant was too slow. They charged us 300 euros. I think it is expensive, of course i paid them, it was not worth it to get into a discusion with them in my vacation.
For 1800 usd I thought i was going to get better vans and drivers.

Dear Alberto, I am very sorry about the poor impression the carrier in question has made. We will instruct them one more time about comfortable driving. As for the extra hire time, unfortunately this is beyound our control, the carrier charges extra time and/or mileage acoording to their rates, if other was not set up beforehand. Please accept my most sincere apologies for inconvenience.

Everything was according to what we agreed. The driver met us at the airport and the vehicle was large enough for the 4 of us with good amount of luggage space.

Never use this company!!!
On the website of this company there are knowingly implausible (underestimated rates). When the customer confirms the booking and makes payment, they start sending letters about the increase in price and send links for additional payments. Eventually their offer becomes completely uninteresting. On their website there is almost no information about the rules of service provision. It is impossible to get through to the phone number provided for communication. When an order is placed, the reply emails come instantly. They prefer not to reply to emails with clarifications about order cancellation.

Unfortunately, it can happen sometimes to every transportation company when they cannot find a carrier for a booking already paid by customer, especially in some touristic areas in a high season. In your particular case, being faced with absense of any available driver, we did however our best trying to outsourse your booking to one of our local partners rather than simply cancel it, refund and forget. That's we've sent you a letter asking whether you are agree to pay more for this ride or you prefer to cancel it. Receiving as a response your cancellation, we issued a full refund to you within one business day (by the way, much sooner than the most sellers do).
Let me express one more time my regrets about your negative experience. I wish you no more cancellations in dealing with any other transportation company.

Welcome Taxi was so great! They were responsive to my questions during the reservation process, and even during my flight from the US to Italy when I had concerns about possibly missing a connecting flight. The driver they lined up was so polite and professional, the van was clean and safe, and it was a relief to know that my family and I would get to our hotel after a long day of travel without having to worry about a thing. 10/10 would recommend!

Great company! Manager Nicholas organized my trip from and to the airport. Tiziano's driver was in touch, met the flight on time, caught up with the bus leaving for the Alps. Thank you for the service! I will definitely use the services next time.
