Nothing to do with London. No shop (as suggested by images). Online company selling cheap Chinese products. Goods not labelled, badly packed, no delivery note and took weeks to arrive. 30 day guaranteed refund misleading - the cost of returning goods to china swallowed up any refund. AVOID!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM

Orders a pair of trainers and a fleece jacket. No issue with the trainers but the jacket was way too small - supposed to be an L but more like an S (no labelling to help). You can't generate a return, you have to email them. This is what they told me: "Returning an order can unfortunately be quite costly. As outlined in our return policy, the responsibility of the customer usually ranges between £20 and £30, as items need to be sent back to our warehouse outside the UK. Once returned, the item must be inspected to ensure it’s unused and in its original packaging, and the refund process can take up to 30 days after approval."

That's no way to run a mail order business in my opinion. So much for the "30 day money back guarantee". I've been offered a credit to order a replacement product, I'm not holding out much hope.

Won't be buying from them again, I advise you not to either.

Took many weeks to arrive, quality of material is awful and dresses are dreadful,would not even wear the as night dresses, what are my chances of getting a full money refund

The dress was a total disappointment. Poor quality all round. Then I find it is chinese manufacture. Returns have to be returned to China at my expense which would eat up any refund. BE ADVISED DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I was completely misled thinking it was a British manufacture. It should be made clear it is definitely not British.

The Cassia dress is one of those simple pieces you can put on effortlessly and still look well put together. It’s flattering, lightweight, and packed nicely for holidays without getting too creased. I’m very pleased with it.

Nothing went wrong. Despite the misleading company name, the products are manufactured in & shipped from China.

I fell for this! Sounded like a very good British company. Lovely pictures of models in beautiful clothes. The reality is different. This company is obviously based in China. They keep sending very British sounding emails extolling the virtues of Norwood London. Then I get a notification that ‘your order has shipped’. No sign of it 2 weeks on! It’s being sent by ‘Yanwen Logistics’ and when I track it, there’s no sign it’s even left China. They’re now emailing to offer me 20% discount because of the delay. You have to be joking. I won’t touch this company with a barge pole and frankly I’ve written off the shoes. Beware! Don’t use this company.
Update! The shoes have arrived and as expected they are nothing like the picture that persuaded me to buy them. They’re a tight fit and look truly cheap and awful. They were scrunched up in the packaging, not even in a box. They are horrible! Avoid this company! They are not what they appear to be

Please avoid this company at all costs. The shoes I received had no size markings of any description on the shoes or packaging. They were clearly much too small for me. The returns cost £20 to £30 for a pair of shoes costing £34.99. They offer a store credit of £30 instead. Nothing would ever induce me to use this company again.

I ordered the Mia trainers in beige and the colour matches almost everything . They felt comfortable right away and didn't require any breaking in. I've been wearing them nearly every day.

The name of the company is fraudulent. I only buy British and would NEVER have ordered anything made in China. The photos are misleading and the prices are clearly a high mark up - I could have got the identical ‘orthopaedic’ shoes for £19:99 instead of their ‘Sale price’ of £38:99. The white shoes are not feminine and lacey as in their photo, but studded with silver studs which I would never have ordered. Despite repeated reassurances of their delivery, they arrived too late for the weekend I needed them. They offered a 20% discount on what looked like a knitted sweatshirt with a denim collar and cuffs. Same issue of false assurances of delivery and it has just been dropped off, crumpled and it’s HORRIBLE!! Just a cheaply and badly printed design that looks like junk. Lesson learned!!!

Terrible cheap and nasty shoes claiming to be orthopaedic. The sizing is terrible, the quality of materials is rubbish and now I have to pay over £30 to send the shoes that don’t come close to fitting my feet, back for a refund. The order took forever to come I waited nearly 3 weeks for delivery. AVOID.

Not very impressed. The zip on one of the shoes was broken and so I was unable to use it.No information about returning the shoes and reading the reviews I realise that it’s not worth the effort.

The Mia trainers are both lovely and comfortable, which is not always easy to find. I wantedsomething for everyday wear that still looked nice, and these have definitely become mygo-to pair.

The Elise shoes feel very stable and nicely cushioned . I've been wearing them regularly and have already mentioned them to my sister because she struggles to find comfortable shoes too. A really good purchase.

Extremely dissatisfied! Ordered dress 13th March, 14th email, on its way, 16th email it’s on its way, 16th message from Evri, delivery company saying they had received it. Then parcel doesn’t arrive, delivery company looking into where parcel is when I contact them, or should I see talk to a bot! Say they trying to find it. I email Norwood London on 24th March to say dress still not arrived and the event I wanted it for was that day so please issue a refund,,,am still waiting for a reply to my email,,customer service is zilch, can’t even find a telephone number! Dress arrived on 25th, or should I say the “rag” arrived on 25th. Totally and utterly disgusted with this company,,,BEWARE!!

Really pleased with the Lacey sneakers. They feel supportive and well made, but not toochunky or heavy. For the price, I think they’re excellent.

"I struggle with plantar fasciitis, so I'm always cautious when buying shoes, but the Elise pair have been great . They feel supportive without looking overly practical, which I appreciate. I can actually wear them all day."

The Bonnie shoes are incredibly lightweight and easy to walk in. I’ve worn them on long city walks and my feet still felt comfortable by the end of the day, which is rare for me. Really pleased with them.

I ordered a dress which was originally priced at £100 and was in the sale for £40.00. The dress arrived after 10 days via China which I wasn't aware it was getting shipped internationally. It arrived squashed, was of poor material and quality even though it was advertised as this luxurious dress. When I contacted Norwood London for a refund I was informed there was a £20 - £30 cost of the return postage back to China which is absolutely disgraceful. Therefore I would be getting £9.99 back for a dress I paid £39.99 which probably cost pennies to make. Do not purchase anything from this company or you'll have the same issue I have.
